The villa is spacious with marble floors and built in a modern bungalow style. As you enter the villa through the main front door, there is a large living/dining room to the right, leading onto a sizeable terrace (partly covered), barbeque, swimming pool, gardens and a second terrace. The terraces, garden and swimming pool are all south facing, guaranteeing full sun all day long! The living/dining room opens to the well stocked kitchen and on to the utility room. The lounge has 2 large sofas (one with a pull-out bed), a fireplace and dining area to seat 6. The lounge also has 2 large sliding patio doors that open onto the outdoor dining area and barbeque. Satellite & Digital TV is available as is free Wifi for internet access. The kitchen is built in an open plan style with breakfast bar and all modern conveniences. The separate utility room houses the washing machine & dryer. To the left as you enter the villa, you are faced with a hallway off which are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a super king-size bed, air-conditioning (cold or warm) and an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds plus air conditioning.
