This is a superb detached newly built villa with private pool and beautiful views of the country and sea from the large sun terrace. The villa set in a private garden just about 8 min drive from the Carvoeiro centre. The one story villa comprises: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, open plan sitting/dining room. Sitting/ dining room with comfortable suite, cable TV with free English channels, music system. The villa is air conditioned throughout. The sliding doors open off to the large terrace looking at the garden and the pool area. Two double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and a twin bedroom. Large garden with pool 4X8 meters (shallow side 0,90m, deep side 1,90m) with Roman steps. Outside shaded terraces, BBQ, pool bar with fridge, sun lounges, tables and chairs, umbrellas, poolside shower. The pool area is separated from the terrace and the garden with fence with gates. Large private parking. Safe and alarm. Maid service twice a week.

This private villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area and yet is only a short drive from the Carvoeiro town centre (4 km) with its pretty beach has a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. A few beaches are within short drive. There are a few restaurants within 3 min drive from the villa. Within ten minutes drive of the village many more beaches can be found, ranging from small quiet coves in Ferragudo to long wide beaches in Armação. Close to Carvoeiro there are many small villages, with some really excellent restaurants to choose from. There are several water parks and a Zoo Marine within a short drive. Two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta are located just outside the town and Carvoeiro Tennis Club are 4 km away. Another must for families is Zoomarine with its assortment of performing and rare sea creatures, also providing you with the rare opportunity and unforgettable experience of swimminig with the performing dolphins is 15 min drive.

Notes

  • Air conditioning is on request and extra £100 a week.
    We can accept Euro or British Pounds via a Bank Transfer, PayPal or cheque, although we pass on any transaction fees arising.
    Maid service twice a week is included. Towels and linen are provided and will be changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. There are free standing electric fans in the villa.
    Baby cot and a high chair are provided.
  • As a small family business we rent a few villas with private and communal pools in Carvoeiro area on behalf of the owners. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well.
    We will provide you with detailed directions to the resort before your arrival. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in your holiday accommodation. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    A refundable security deposit 200 £/€ to be paid with balance. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned within 2 weeks after departure providing no breakages have occurred during your stay in the villa. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

fantastic holiday

Just to thank you and say that we had a fantastic holiday back in August. Just some thoughts about the villa as promised.
The villa was lovely and even though in a quiet location was close enough to the supermarket and the amenities of Carvoeiro that everything you need is within easy reach. It was the best of both worlds.
It was very useful that Galia met us and showed us to the villa and Tony who comes to clean the pool showed us how to use the alarm etc. Both left phone numbers in case of any problems, which was very handy and reassuring.
The kids especially loved the pool and we had many a happy hour both in the pool and relaxing by it. The villa has everything you need and we all had a fantastic and relaxing holiday.
Algarve Sunny Rentals made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable and I would recommend them to anyone looking to holiday in the Algarve. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This is a lovely villa in a quiet area but there are other villas nearby so you dont feel isolated. The manager met us and showed us to the villa on arrival which was nice and Tony who comes to clean the pool showed us how to use the alarm and tv etc and they both left us phone numbers in case of problems . The villa is well equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine , the kids loved the pool and in the afternoon there is always a nice breeze to cool you down. There is a large fenced garden with fig and almond trees and you can lock the gate to the villa and there is a gate to the pool area . The carvoeiro area is lovely and everyone very friendly I am sure we will be back soon
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful away from it all villa

Reading the description of the villa tells you what to expect, apart from the beautiful well equiped kitchen, the excellent maids who cleaned the villa day after day. We received excellent customer service from the villa representative as well as Toni the pool maintainance man. You will need a car to get around the attractions, restaurants and the beautiful beaches. If you can stand the heat the tennis courts are not too far away.

I would recommend this villa to anyone.
