This lovely restored Inn is offering 2000 square feet of luxury including 2 master bedroom en-suite accommodations, a great room, gourmet kitchen and private patio.

Two unique rooms spoil with such amenities as private bathrooms, flat screen high definition televisions, luxurious Egyptian cotton freshly pressed linens, triple sheeted, marble countertops, fluffy bathrobes, hairdryers, toiletries and much more!

The elegant Master Bedroom suite on the second floor has a massive hardwood king sized bed plenty of drawer space and a writing desk and chair for your correspondence creation. The gas log fireplace can be activated with a touch of a switch for a relaxing romantic evening. Two comfortable chairs flank the fireplace for reading or just relaxing. Swing open the French doors to a private balcony overlooking the gardens.

The first floor en-suite bedroom has a beautiful queen size Rice Carved four poster and a large walk-in closet. This room opens into

Flanking the hallway leaving the master bedroom, there are double walk-in closets and a walk-in spa shower. The bathroom has a wall-to-wall custom marble top vanity with double sinks and ample door and drawer storage for extended stays. This room has ceramic tile floors and a private commode.

The first floor en-suite bedroom has an elegant queen size rice carved four poster bed. In addition to an armoire and side tables this room also has a large walk-in closet. Opening into the bathroom is a beautiful custom marble top vanity and sink with ample door and drawer storage for extended stays, ceramic tile floors and a large Jacuzzi tub/shower for your relaxation.

The Great room contains a leather sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a large high definition Sony TV and DVD player, complete with DVD library. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire home. Double French doors exit onto your private courtyard and garden where you can dine el fresco. We have a Weber Grill, table and chairs for your personal use.

The kitchen has luxurious granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. These include a warming drawer and a center island 5 burner professional gas range with downdraft. There is also a second convection microwave oven for your cooking convenience. A bar top with three stools can be used for informal dining or just a conversation setting. An adjacent dining area with an expandable oak table and chairs can seat a family of 8.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS:

For larger groups you may also rent the 1st floor of the MAIN HOUSE which allows you an additional 2500 square feet of living area, increasing your space to over 4500 sq. ft.. The house, which is attached to the Inn at 802, has 2 en-suite Queen bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, living room with a gas fireplace and 55' WIFI TV , sun room, eat-in kitchen with a gas fireplace and TV , and a private courtyard - hot tub, table, 6 chairs and a Weber gas/charcoal grill). About Cathy Bradley

I have been in the hospitality business since 2002, running the Inn at 802 as a successful bed and breakfast. My husband Joe and I recently purchased a small RV and enjoy traveling the country in our free time. Renting the Inn at 802 as a vacation rental affords us a little more freedom to do so. Your accommodations include 2000 sq. ft of living space that will sleep 6 people comfortably in 2 master en-suite bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the great room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen, great room and private patio makes the Inn at 802 your home away from home. You can even barbeque in the enclosed garden courtyard and your well behaved dog is welcome! We also have private off street parking.

The spacious accommodations are perfect for extended stays for you to enjoy what the entire Southeastern Virginia area has to offer with a great home base to return to after some fun, interesting day trips. Among the close-by destinations are: Charlottesville, to the west for a visit to the home of Thomas Jefferson at Monticello. Enjoy all that the Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown Colonial Triangle has to offer from your home away from home at the Inn. To the East, we are only an hour drive to Virginia Beach and two hours to the famous beaches of the North Carolina outer banks; from Corolla Light to the dunes of Kitty Hawk and Nags Head.

The Inn is the perfect spot for visiting the colleges in the area. Among them are William & Mary, University of Virginia, Christopher Newport, VCU, Old Dominion, University of Richmond, James Madison and many more. We are located just across the street from the College of William and Mary, so the Inn is the perfect spot for the family for graduation, homecoming, family weekends and Tribe Football!

You can walk almost everywhere! Just a few blocks to Colonial Williamsburg, you will find fine dining, shopping and streets filled with history. Across the street , in front of the Wm and Mary Business School you can catch the trolley venture to additional shopping, theaters and dining in New Town and High Street.

What makes this house unique

If you need to sleep more than 6 people we also offer the option to rent the 1st floor of the MAIN HOUSE, which is attached to the Inn.

It encompasses over 2500 square feet of living area with an additional two en-suite bedrooms which will sleep 4 comfortably in 2 queen rooms. All rooms are appointed with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, linens, bathrobes, down comforters and every other amenity that you would typically find in luxury bed and breakfast, without the breakfast.

Also on the first floor we have a gourmet kitchen complete with updated appliances, gas stove, warming drawer, oven and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious eat-in area, with a gas fireplace, TV and a round copper table and 4 leather chairs for that cozy informal meal.

The formal dining room has large mahogany table with seating for 8 or more, china and stemware. Our cozy contemporary living room has a leather sofa, additional seating, gas fireplace, 55' WIFI Sony TV, grand piano, blue ray players and a movie library. The Sun Room, opens onto a private courtyard with a Weber gas grill, table, chairs and hot tub!

Beautiful home to spend a Williamsburg Family Christmas

We spent four luxurious days in this lovely spacious two story condo with my husbands sister and her family. The high end kitchen appliances, sumptuous beds, tasteful furnishings and cozy fireplace all made a wonderful place to enjoy a memorable Christmas. It's an easy walk into Williamsburg, so the convenience makes it even more attractive. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply Beautiful!

We had such a wonderful stay in this very beautiful home in Williamsburg! The house was so very clean and comfortable. I am a bit of a clean freak and I could not find a thing that was not sparkling. I was very comfortable using the kitchen (love the Keurig and the great selection of coffees). The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, pans and appliances. There are also lovely serving bowls and trays. We barbecued and cooked for the fourth of July. The kitchen was just wonderful to work in!
We all slept well in the gorgeous bedrooms. The bedding was lovely and so well done! The luxurious bathrooms were a treat too! After a day of touring in the very hot weather we loved coming back to a cool house with such comfortable amenities! We hope to return soon!! Thank you so much!

Our daughter hated to say good bye to Hemingway. They were fast friends. She loved visiting him in the yard. Thanks for sharing him!!

Beautiful place to stay in Williamsburg!

We just left the Inn at 802 this morning! We all were sorry to have to go. Our son and daughter-in-law and their 17 month old could not believe how beautiful it was. It has everything you could think of and more. My hubby and I and our doxies loved it too. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to stay there again.
