This beautiful heart of Central London contemporary just redecorated apartment is offered in excellent condition.

You'll have a great stay. It is fully furnished with everything ready to provide an enjoyable and comfortable home from home in London. There is free wifi access.

The flat is on the top floor of a secure residential building (with lift). There's a nice airy feeling with a wide sky view bringing very good natural light.

The property is set at the rear of the building (so quiet for sleeping).

The light and bright bedroom has a neutral decor. There is a comfortable double bed, double fitted mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There are full-length white curtains and separate blackout blinds. There is a hairdryer. The flooring is new cream carpet.

The living room has large double glazed windows. The room is painted white and has woodstrip flooring. There is a recently purchased large comfortable sofa that opens to a large double sofabed, flatscreen TV/DVD , a selection of DVDs and a dining table and chairs.

The living room and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and a full range of integrated appliances including microwave, electric oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The separate fridge and freezer both have good storage space. Kitchen utensils are provided. There is an iron and an ironing board.

The bathroom has a full-sized bath with power shower unit, handbasin, bathroom cabinet, heated towel rail and WC. The floor is tiled and the walls are partially tiled / partially painted.

This is great opportunity to enjoy a smart, attractive property in an wonderful and safe area. The apartment is in a secure, recently renovated, quiet block with 41 flats in Fitzrovia, W1, bordering Fitzroy Square.

All Central London attractions can be reached easily by foot or by public transport. Warren Street, Euston Square, Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road tubes are close by. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey.

Bookings are for a minimum of 3 nights.

The rent is fully inclusive of wifi and all bills (apart from outgoing telephone).

Great flat for 3 adults, central location, would stay again!

Taking into account this is London and space is at a premium, this flat turned out to be a great fit for 3 adults (myself and my parents). Keep in mind we also had 5 carry-on size suitcases. Also, instead of pulling out the sofabed, I slept on it as a couch (comfort-wise it was OK) as it gave us a little more room.

Location was excellent. Tube stations and bus lines are a couple minutes away, but really, you can walk everywhere. So many restaurants and bars are nearby. Try Wahaca for great Mexican. Also, you can walk 15 min to Chinatown for good Chinese. Location felt safe too. We were out several nights coming back at 10 or 11 at night with no problem. Also, the nearby supermarkets open late too.

The flat was clean and the sheets felt clean as well. It was bright and while your view is of offices and possibly people in the offices, it was not a problem. There are white blackout shades and you will likely be out most of the day anyways.

Having all the appliances like a hairdryer, iron and washer/dryer and a drying rack was very helpful.

We had no noise issues as the building seemed very quiet.

Also, if you cannot get a late checkout and have to be out at 10am, you have a couple options, you can store luggage which can be pricey or you can head to Kings Crossing/St Pancras to wait as there's plenty of places to sit and have lunch and if you're with a traveling partner, take turns going to the British Library which is next door.

I recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

A fantastic stay in a great location

Our family recently stayed at this wonderful flat. It was very clean with modern amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. The washer/dryer was especially useful. The location is very good -- on a quiet street but very close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, and bus/tube. It is easily within walking distance to many sights.

Liz was very helpful with answering our questions before our arrival and during our stay. She refunded our security deposit promptly. We had a great experience in this flat and highly recommend it.

Liz and Jack deliver again!

This was my third stay at one of Liz and Jack's flats on Fitzroy Street. When I next travel to London, I will certainly want to stay a fourth time (and a fifth, sixth,...): the location is excellent, the flats are exactly what I need and Liz and Jack are always friendly and helpful. I love coming to London, and staying at one of the flats on Fitzroy Street has become one of the reasons why.

Quiet apartment, centrally located

This small, quiet flat is centrally located in the West End providing easy access to all that London has to offer. It lies a couple of blocks west of Tottenham Court Road between Goodge Street and Warren Street tube stations in a modern building just behind the BT Tower in a not terribly attractive street, but is well placed within easy reach of cafes, pubs, and supermarkets. The owners run a tight ship and communicate promptly and effectively. The facilities in the flat are more than adequate and a model of compact efficiency (dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, excellent wifi signal) but the flat is small - I doubt more than 500 sq ft, perhaps not unusual for central London. Three people plus hefty suitcases would be a bit of a squeeze - we were tripping over ourselves with just the two of us. In the main it is clean, but there are some suspicious stains on the bathroom floor which need addressing. I'd recommend the flat with the caveats that I have described.

Felt like Locals in this trendy neighborhood!!!

The representative of the management company is a warm and very attentive person. She made it easy for us to narrow down our selection to this centrally located flat.

The flat is walking distance to trendy Charlotte St. and a stone's throw away to supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsbury and Marks and Spencer. My husband and I enjoyed a lot of restaurants in Fitzrovia area from Spanish to Filipino restaurants. And just watching how the young Londoners enjoy themselves.

We needed a flat where we could partly work for 8 days and at the same time still enjoy our stay in London and lived like locals. This place surely met all our travel requirements. The wi-fi is very reliable and the size of the flat is right for us. We've been to London atleast 8 times and have always stayed in hotels. Staying in this flat gave us a different appreciation of London. We can't wait to come back and stay longer again.

We offer a top location in trendy Fitzrovia, in the heart of the West End, a super central spot with a villagey feel and Georgian architecture. The area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud. Today it is a popular and lively neighbourhood with a residential and business mix. The numerous media companies based in the area feed into a vibrant buzz.

Wander along the road to Charlotte Street or Goodge Street for a fantastic range of shops and a huge choice of delicious restaurants and bars. Or, go further afield to Soho or Covent Garden (15 minutes by foot) and again you're spoilt for choice.

Tourist London is easily accessible on foot or by tube. You can walk to the British Museum and the British Library. Camden is a 5 minute bus journey. You can walk to Oxford Street in 5 minutes, Covent Garden in 15 minutes, Regent's Park in 10 minutes, Marylebone High Street in 10 minutes. You could walk to Leicester Square in 15 minutes or go by tube in 5 minutes. You can get to Southbank and the London Eye in less than 10 minutes by tube. Any direction you go in has plenty to see and do. The streets are interesting and safe, great for exploring.

Several supermarkets are close by (including a good Sainsburys, Tescos, Marks and Spencers Food Hall and Waitrose isn’t far).
