Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom, beach front apartment on arguably the best beach in Barbados, Paynes Bay.The apartment is elegantly furnished to a luxurious standard and boasts stunning sea views.The apartment benefits from a huge balcony which accommodates a large dining area, large socialising area and a fabulous state of the art 6 person jacuzzi. All three bedrooms are finished beautifully, with particular attention to detail.The large modern kitchen comes complete with all mod cons including a large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled filtered fresh drinking water and a separate wine cooler. The apartment is 2400 sq ft and has a large lounge,modern kitchen with breakfast bar,3 bedrooms,3 en-suite bathrooms,separate powder room,laundry room,large storage room for suitcases,plus a huge balcony with fabulous sea views and houses a state of the art 6 person jacuzzi,dining table and chairs and a large socialising area. Each of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and hanging spaces. The master bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe.There are 2 safes in the apartment for guests use and private secure car parking spaces on site. The second bedroom can be made up with two single beds or one kingsized double bed. The apartment has a housekeeper/maid who will meet you at the apartment upon your arrival,and will come in every 3 days of your stay to clean and tidy the apartment. The housekeeper will also prepare and serve lunch on those days (guests to provide ingredients) Complimentary private beach chairs,recliners and sun umbrellas are provided for guests on the beach. This condo is so beautiful. You have everything anyone could want. The location is perfect for relaxing, dining out and also touring the island We spent 2 weeks there and hope to return in the near future. Simon is so helpful and all his staff are excellent. We highly recommend this property.

Simply fabulous

This is a beautiful spacious modern comfortable apartment right on Paynes beach which has to be one of the nicest beaches on the west coast.
The beach does not shelve too deeply and there is a marked swimming area right in front of the apartment block. There is always something to watch as catamarans and the 'pirate ship' come into the bay to look for turtles. Beach vendors are friendly and will go away if you are not interested.I wake boarded and waterskied and we went up the west coast on the ski boat which was so interesting seeing other beaches and beautiful houses along the shoreline.
Simon the owner was so helpful with his information sheets and prompt response to any questions. We were greeted on arrival by Deborah the agent, who booked our dinner that night at Zaccios, and the lovely Dena the housekeeper who later in the week cooked delicious spiced fish and another lunch of curry.
To me this apartment was much better than a hotel because we had the space, comfort ,views,setting sun, and without the other guests.The bed and pillows were so comfortable (essential!). We felt safe. The security on the gate were friendly and helpful.The kitchen is really well kitted out and there is filtered water from the american fridge plus a bottle fridge. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning with the beautiful view of the sea.
We ate out each night at a different restaurant some walking distance away ,others a short taxi ride away. We really liked Tides, Cin Cin.We had a fun lunch at Mullins. Scarlett down the road is buzzy with good food.
We hired a car and joined a gym that Simon recommended for the week. Holetown which is less than 10mins away is definitely worth a visit and the Limegrove Mall is very pleasant as it has been beautifully designed and it was enjoyable just to sit and have a coffee. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything about that place! Over our expectations,so well maintained.....Dena is amazing, we laughed a lot, we are missing her!! Stunning sea views and wonderful beach

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers from Quebec. We had a fantastic time at the apartment which is located on the best beach in Barbados. The apartment itself is very spacious and luxurious. The large balcony provides stunning sea views as well as gorgeous sun sets. The beach is superb and we always had chairs and umbrellas available. There are a lot of activities offered right on the beach and you can swim out to go watch the sea turtles. The staff is very kind and very professional, especially Deborah, the property manager, Dena, the housekeeper as well as Simon the owner. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but the apartment has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen if you are not the restaurant type. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.

Makes me want to keep coming back to Barbados!

Staying at this property made our vacation, one we will never forget. The apartment is decorated so beautifully and the views of the ocean from the large terrace are spectacular. This apartment is so clean and well kept and has so many amenities, you will feel right at home. There were always plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available on the lovely beach right on the property. Everyone was so friendly and outstanding customer service provided by the owner and entire staff. We would certainly stay here again!

Rental 435012

There were five of us; grandparents, daughter, husband and their 18 year old son, from Manitoba and Saskatchewan Canada respectively. I had found this property on the internet, and my interest was captured by the description and photographs. It is just a fantastic place to stay, spend eight days basking in the warmth of the sun and lying around on the beach which is directly in front of the property. One never has to look for another beach. There was never a shortage of beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. We spent practically all our waking time when in the apartment on the balcony. Although we did watch one movie "Death at a Funeral" very funny, we'd recommend it.

Our daughter and husband walked to Holetown every day, and her husband and son being snomobile enthusiasts, rented jet skis for a one hour tour of the west side. About 300 or so yards off the beach is what appears to be the 'go-to' area for swimming with sea turtles.

Cheryl from property management met us upon our arrival along with houskeeper Dina (who also makes an excellent Rum Punch) and were always available to assist or answer any of our questions. Security Romeo and Trevor were also helpful with queries and calling taxis for us.

We ate all breakfasts/lunches and one dinner in the apartment, all other dinners were at restaurants. The Tides was the best. The Mews was good as well. Cin Cin was only ok as were were seated in an air-conditioned (must be the overflow room) room, which I found uncomfortable (although the others didn't seem to mind it) as I preferred to enjoy the ambience of the warmth and nearby ocean. Lonestar on the other hand had not great reviews, but we enjoyed it.

All in all, we had an excellent holiday, of which our accommodation was a major component. We would highly recommend this property, everything about it and the people associated to it exceeded our expectations. We hope to return someday.

The apartment is located in a small complex of just 14 beach-fronted apartments. Our apartment is located on the 4th of 5 floors. The apartments have an elevator and there is also wheelchair access.
