Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom, beach front apartment on arguably the best beach in Barbados, Paynes Bay.The apartment is elegantly furnished to a luxurious standard and boasts stunning sea views.The apartment benefits from a huge balcony which accommodates a large dining area, large socialising area and a fabulous state of the art 6 person jacuzzi. The apartment is 2400 sq ft and has a large lounge,modern kitchen with breakfast bar,3 bedrooms,3 en-suite bathrooms,separate powder room,laundry room,large storage room for suitcases,plus a huge balcony with fabulous sea views and houses a state of the art 6 person jacuzzi,dining table and chairs and a large socialising area. Each of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and hanging spaces. The master bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe.There are 2 safes in the apartment for guests use and private secure car parking spaces on site. The second bedroom can be made up with two single beds or one kingsized double bed. The apartment has a housekeeper/maid who will meet you at the apartment upon your arrival,and will come in every 3 days of your stay to clean and tidy the apartment. The housekeeper will also prepare and serve lunch on those days (guests to provide ingredients) Complimentary private beach chairs,recliners and sun umbrellas are provided for guests on the beach.

The apartment is located on possibly the best beach in Barbados,Paynes Bay. Paynes Bay is located on the west coast of Barbados in the St James' parish.The superb sandy beach has complimentary private beach recliners and umbrellas,and safe swimming in the beautiful calm Caribbean sea.Water sports are available for hire at local rates.

Its excellent central location is just a five minute stroll along the beach to the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Resort in the next bay and less than a mile away from many superb restaurants including The Cliff,Daphnes and Tides.Supermarkets,Banks and Shops are also within a mile of the apartment.

Golf courses including Sandy Lane,Royal Westmorelands and Apes Hill are all just a short drive from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a small complex of just 14 beach-fronted apartments. Our apartment is located on the 4th of 5 floors. The apartments have an elevator and there is also wheelchair access.

  • ALL PRICES FULLY INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES
    Prices include a housekeeper to greet you at the apartment and show you around upon arrival .The housekeeper will also come in to clean and tidy the apartment, every 3 days and on your departure date. The housekeeper will also complete any washing and ironing duties you may require, as well as prepare and serve lunch (Ingredients will need to be provided by guests).
    The housekeeper can also either come in later to cook and serve dinner, or earlier for breakfast.
    Additional days housekeeping can also be arranged. Please enquire for details.

    Guests will have full access to my property managing agents concierge service, who can assist with airport transfers, car hire, restaurant reservations,boat trips,golf reservations, baby sitting services etc.
    The concierge service can also book tickets for sporting events, such as international cricket matches,horse racing and polo matches.
  • The payment schedule is a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the 75% balance due 1 months prior to arrival. For winter peak bookings the 75% balance is due 3 months prior to your arrival.

    Payments by bank transfer can be made in GB£, US$ or EURO'S. Payments can also be made via credit or debit cards.

There were five of us; grandparents, daughter, husband and their 18 year old son, from Manitoba and Saskatchewan Canada respectively. I had found this property on the internet, and my interest was captured by the description and photographs. It is just a fantastic place to stay, spend eight days basking in the warmth of the sun and lying around on the beach which is directly in front of the property. One never has to look for another beach. There was never a shortage of beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. We spent practically all our waking time when in the apartment on the balcony. Although we did watch one movie "Death at a Funeral" very funny, we'd recommend it.

Our daughter and husband walked to Holetown every day, and her husband and son being snomobile enthusiasts, rented jet skis for a one hour tour of the west side. About 300 or so yards off the beach is what appears to be the 'go-to' area for swimming with sea turtles.

Cheryl from property management met us upon our arrival along with houskeeper Dina (who also makes an excellent Rum Punch) and were always available to assist or answer any of our questions. Security Romeo and Trevor were also helpful with queries and calling taxis for us.

We ate all breakfasts/lunches and one dinner in the apartment, all other dinners were at restaurants. The Tides was the best. The Mews was good as well. Cin Cin was only ok as were were seated in an air-conditioned (must be the overflow room) room, which I found uncomfortable (although the others didn't seem to mind it) as I preferred to enjoy the ambience of the warmth and nearby ocean. Lonestar on the other hand had not great reviews, but we enjoyed it.

All in all, we had an excellent holiday, of which our accommodation was a major component. We would highly recommend this property, everything about it and the people associated to it exceeded our expectations. We hope to return someday.

Coral Cove #12 beauty exceeds the pictures on the website. The apartment is more of a home, beautifully appointed, large but warm, airy yet secluded. The property is immaculate and incredibly well cared for. Beach chairs and umbrellas await you in the morning without there ever being a shortage. We were greeted by Chery one of the property managers, Dena (who cares for the apartment as if it were her own) and Romeo from security.
Beachfront supreme...close enough to town by cab or bus...supermarket is nearby in Holetown. Daphne's restaurant is within walking distance for lunch or dinner. The Cliff restaurant and The Tides are a cab ride away and not to be missed.
We look forward to our return to Coral Cove #12. Simon is lovely to work with and made our family vacation effortless!

A fabulous apartment on the beach

The two weeks we have just spent in Barbados with our young daughter (nearly 2 years old) and friends was a delight from the moment we landed. We got great advice from Simon the owner who had made the rental an easy proposition to organise. The airport taxi was roomy, air conditioned and had a proper child seat. We were greeted by the staff on arrival at the apartment and they became an integral part of our stay, making the place feel like home and helping out whenever they could.

The apartment itself was lovely and spaceous with great facilities, fabulous view over the beach and a hot tub for when the beach was either too hot or suffering from one of the short tropical downpours. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all perfect and if something did go wrong there was soon a plumber on hand to fix it.

I cant praise the assistance of the staff enough for both their advice and work they did. On occasions it extended to helping baby turtles who were lost in the garden and ensuring their safe return to the sea.

Personally I love snorkelling and this provided a perfect base to launch our numerous turtle adventures from directly outside the beach gate. There are reefs to either side of the beach and a protected swim area right in front of the apartment - I used a dive buoy when going far off the beach as there are one or two jet skis available for hire if you want them.

Hole Town is the nearest urban centre and we found it very easy and entertaining to catch the local buses. They are not for the faint hearted but the people were very friendly and the ride is only 5-10 minutes.

All in all we loved the place and will be back again.

A perfect spot for a relaxing and most enjoyable holiday. The apartment is situated right on the stunning beach with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea. The apartment is spacious, elegantly furnished and well equipped, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was happy to cook when we wanted to stay in, and we particularly liked the local fresh fish stall for barbequed takeaways. There are also plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't really want the holiday to end and are looking forward to returning.

A truly superb place to stay in Barbados

The other reviews of this property are very accurate, as is the listing information provided. This is truly a wonderful place to spend your holiday in Barbados. The apartment is very well appointed with everthing needed and more. The Owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions and providing suggestions while booking and both prior to and during our stay. The entire apartment staff including the manager, house keeper, and security staff, were all most pleasant and eager to make our stay enjoyable.

The entire apartment was wonderful, with the highlight being the open air covered balcony veranda overlooking the beach and ocean.

Our stay was for 10 days with our 2 teenaged daughters, and this apartment was the perfect choice. We chose to rent a car for the entire stay (arranged through the property manager). There is secure parking at the apartment. The location on Paynes Beach, just a few minutes drive south of Hole Town, is a great central location. Shopping for supplies in Hole Town was very convenient, and we explored numerous times to the north, west, and south.

The beach at the apartment is wonderful, and just a few steps from the apartment. Each morning the security staff set up umbrellas and lounge chairs for use throughout the day.

We had a fantastic stay, truly enjoyed the apartment, and would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to our friends.
