This self catering apartment facing the ocean, is in a excellent location, for your holiday rental, relaxing, beautiful sea views. Situated only a few steps away from the popular Estrada Monumental, where many 5 star hotels and restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, banks, taxi ranks, bus stop, all within a few minutes walk. The centre of Funchal is a 5-10min ride by bus/ taxi. Or a pleasant walk along the promenade for about 25 minutes. Also available is a secure garage if the client wishes to hire a car and have guaranteed parking space (at no extra cost if required). The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. Fully equipped for your every need. We are there to greet you on your arrival, and to insure you have a relaxing holiday.

Situated on the 4th floor of a well-appointed small block of apartments, very airy and with a bright environment you can relax and enjoy the views while being only a short walk from a the well known Lido area, with all the amenities, plenty of restaurants and entertainment or if you like evening stolls we are only 5 minutes from the new promenade and sea water swimming pools with also a children s area... Only a 2 minute walk to a bus stop / 10 minutes by bus to Funchal centre/harbour.

Beautiful Apartment

We have just stayed 11 weeks in this lovely apartment, which is well appointed with sea views. Cath and Jorge are delightful people who can't do enough to help. We were met at the apartment by Cath who also left a comprehensive Welcome Pack. Cath also keeps the apartment clean every week and indeed everything is spotless. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Funchal is a 35 minute walk away or a 10 minute bus ride the bus stop being outside the apartment. The Lido area is just minutes away down the steps. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for another 12 weeks stay.

Cath's place is just perfect. It has everything you need when you look for a holiday flat. It is very clean, very comfortable, and the view is stunning. All the complementary goodies were a real surprise and delight.
The flat is in a very good location, easy to go to Funchal with the bus, supermarket 5min walk from the flat, and there is a car-park in the residence which is really convenient as well.
Cath is lovely, and very helpful.
I can highly recommend this place. And I will go back for sure, as I had a great holiday.

We stayed for a week in May and had a great time. We picked up our rental car at the airport, and Cath met us at the apartment, which was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything we needed, including a very generous welcome pack of food and wine.
Cath was very responsive to our every whim. She showed us another of her apartments (which we have booked for November), and when we thought the wine glasses at the apartment were a bit small, she brought us two of her own beautiful big wine goblets!
Thank you, Cath, for your part in making our holiday so pleasant.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

We read the reviews for this apartment and booked our 10 day holiday to Madeira.
We were not disappointed and can only add more positive comments.
We were greeted by Cath on our arrival and were made very welcome.
We would like to say thank you to Cath for the rental of this well maintained apartment that has everything that you could want for a self catering holiday to this wonderful Island of Madeira.
Allow Cath to arrange transfers for you and you will be greeted at the airport.
Once again thanks to Cath and George for making our holiday relaxing and enjoyable, we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and will consider booking this apartment for our next visit to Madeira

Loved Madeira. Apartment was great, close to Lido area and shopping mall, Funchal was a pleasant walk away. Cath keeps a very nice apartment, spotless and with a good welcome pack. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks there. Be careful of Madeira if you have difficulty walking - it can be very steep, otherwise it's a beautiful place - would recommend both the place and the apartment.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
