4 bedroom villa, sleeping 8 near Ibiza Town, Ibiza

Overlooking the southern part of the island, this villa is in an ideal location and surrounded in lush countryside. Close enough to Ibiza Town to be part of the bars and restaurants but far enough removed to enjoy your own slice of tranquillity.

The main part of the house is traditional in style with a modern twist. The open plan lounge and dining area is welcoming as you enter, with a light and airy feel. The lounge has comfortable sofas and also the essential satellite television, DVD player and stereo system. Wifi is throughout the villa. Three of the bedrooms lead off from the lounge.

The kitchen has just been renovated and is simly stunning with all the mod cons you could require! The outside terrace has a large dining area which is beautifully crafted out of wood. Just off from here is a bathroom and storage room.

The private pool is the ideal place to relax and unwind, with not a sound to be heard.

Beaches: The Villa is close to some of the most picturesque beaches. The beaches to the south of the island are often beautiful with deep white sand and crystal clear waters, we recommend Cala Conte, Cala D'Hort (with the best view of the mysterious rock Es Vedra), Cala Jondal (a chilled out beach with stylish beach bars and good restaurants), Salinas, Playa D'en Bossa (where the famous party beach bar 'Bora Bora' is located), and Es Cavallet.

Clubbing & Bars: The party island of Ibiza can offer a slice of the action to everyone! Space based in Playa den Bossa, Pacha & El Divino based in Ibiza Town, Privilege & Amnesia based in San Rafael along with Es Paradis & Eden based in San Antonio. We can easily provide you with all the information you should require whilst here on holiday!

There are plenty of bars on the island. Head into San Antonio to watch the infamous sunset at Cafe Mambo or Cafe del Mar, or spend the day chilling out at Blue Marlin in Cala Jondal. In Playa den Bossa you can head to Sands or Coco beach to hang out for the day or relax at Salinas with Sa Trinxa.

Formentera: Pop over to our sister island of Formentera, which is only a 30 minute boat ride away. The crystal clear waters and white sands are beautiful, so much so it´s easy to see why the beaches have been voted in the top five in Europe.

Or maybe you would prefer to spend the day on your own private charter...this can all be arranged for you at an additional cost.

The Villa is located in an exclusive residential area, within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, cafe's and close to the beach at Playa D'en Bossa, home to Ushuaia, Bora Bora and Space Nightclub. Close to Ibiza town, with a regular bus service into town where you will find the best shops and boutiques, stylish bars, delicious restaurants and the trendy world famous clubs.

Golf: The only golf course on the island is situated in Roca Llisa. If you are wishing to take advantage of the sport whilst you are away on holiday please let us know and we will happily arrange it for you.

Notes

  • You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% is to be paid on your arrival in Cash Euros.

    A security deposit of 1000 euros is also to held on arrival in Ibiza, in case of damages and/or breakages, this is fully refundable when the property is inspected on the departure day.

    We ask that the security deposit is in cash form of your chosen currency. We do not accept cheque or credit card as a form of a deposit.

    Please note that this villa operates on a Sunday to Sunday basis only. We are unable to be flexible with other days.
  • We can provide a cot and / or high chair for your stay should you so wish.

Great holiday villa

The villa was as described, looked like the pictures and was perfect for a group booking. Brilliant pool in a lovely setting. The supermarket was 15 mins walk with a great tapas restaurant nearby.
