The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

Princess Court - A great location

Princess court is in a very convenient location right between the Bayswater and Queensway undergrounds. It is centrally located and just a couple of minutes walk to Hyde Park. This is my second stay in the apartment during a visit to London. The apartment is well equipped and in great condition. It has a smart TV - it was great to unwind fron a days sightseeing watching a movie from a huge choice. The washer/dryer was very handy. The building is secure and quiet. A little oasis in the central part of London.

A wonderful holiday

From the start, Rafael the owner was always extremely prompt and with all correspondence, which made planning our trip from Australia a lot easier.

The property is in a lovely location, so close to Kensington Gardens and with plenty of places to eat nearby.

The nearest tube is literally 100 metres from the doorstep and the security of the building is very good.

A couple of times during our stay we needed to contact the owner, and he was very quick to help us with anything we needed to sort. Clean and tidy, we would happily stay here agin. Thank you for sharing your lovely home, Virginia, Vernon and Dominic

Great Flat in a Great Location

This is a great property that lives up to the pictures. The owners have provided everything you need. The WiFi and TV are great, the kitchen is very convenient, the hair dryer, clothes washing machine and iron/ ironing board are all there. The bedroom has lots of closet space and the bed is very comfortable.

The location is fantastic. You can walk less than a block to two different underground stations (Bayswater & Queensway) and have access to 3 different lines.

Rafael (the owner) was very kind and responsive in his e-mail communications and Dolly was very nice to us when we arrived and departed. The apartment was very clean and pretty quiet. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute! We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons séjourné durant une semaine dans le bel appartement de Rafael et nous avons été ravis. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes, propre et idéalement situé. Le quartier est très vivant. Il y a de nombreux magasins, supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. Hyde Park se trouve à seulement quelques pas et permet de belles promenades et de belles rencontres ( de petits écureuils gourmands n'hésitent pas à venir à vous pour recevoir quelques noisettes ! ). Il y a aussi des stations de métro. Une adresse à recommander !

Another great stay!

This was the second time that I've stayed in the apartment this year, and once again, I am more than happy to recommend it. A walk of two blocks will access two separate tube stations as well as Hyde Park (a must for early morning coffee!). The apartment is clean, spacious (for London) and extremely well equipped. There are two groceries stores within a couple of blocks, and for more interesting shopping and restaurants, just head north a couple of blocks! If you're a walker as I am, just about anything in west London core can be reached in less than thirty minutes.
