The apartment is suitable for up to four guests (two in master bedroom and two in an easy to unfold sofa bed located in the living room),

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

excellent séjour

L'appartement est tel qui est décrit dans l'annonce. De taille suffisante pour 4 personnes, très bien équipé ( tout y est même la machine à laver-séchante, le lave-vaisselle, le four, toute la vaisselle, et même le sel, le poivre et les capsules Nespresso ;) ). Le linge est très propre et le ménage nickel.

Il est idéalement situé juste au dessus de la station Bayswater, idéal après un grande journée de marche. Plusieurs supérettes sont juste en bas de l'immeuble pratique pour pouvoir préparer quelques repas.

Rafaël est très serviable.

Le seul petit bémol est la literie, mais il semble qu'il ait prévu de changer les matelas. Prévoir éventuellement des boules quies pour les personnes au sommeil léger car même si les appartements sont très bien isolés (moquettes dans les couloirs pour feutrer le bruit) certains voisins se couchent très tard tandis au d'autres se lèvent très trop et il n'y a pas de double vitrage.

Si je retourne à Londres je relouerai sans aucun doute cet appartement.

APPARTEMENT TRES AGREABLE

Nous venons de passer 5 jours à Londres et donc 4 nuits dans ce très bel appartement.Le propriétaire est charmant, tous les contacts par mail étaient précis et très courtois. Tout était parfaitement organisé, il nous a même indiqué quelques restaurants dans le quartier très bien. L'appartement est très agréable, joli, moderne et très propre et il ne manquait rien c'était parfait ... nous avions beaucoup de plaisir à rentrer le soir après toute une journée de visites. Le lit est très confortable et nos 2 enfants de 12 ans ont très bien dormi dans le canapé. L'appartement est calme et donne sur la cour intérieure de l'immeuble.

L'immeuble est situé au milieu de queensway, il y a une station de métro en haut de la rue et une autre en bas ... les 2 à 100 m, c'est vraiment très commode. Nous avons pris un taxi pour aller à Liverpool station qui se trouve à l'autre bout de Londres mais il y a une ligne directe en métro donc au niveau emplacement il est parfait juste à côté de Hyde Park. Ca ne pose aucun problème pour se déplacer. Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement, en tous les cas en ce qui nous concerne, nous gardons précieusement ses coordonnées et commençons même à les donner autour de nous.

Met Expectations

This was a great little property in a good location. Very close to two tube stops, plenty of grocery stores to choose from within walking distance. It was very clean. Dolly was there to great us upon arrival and give us a quick walkthrough of the apartment. Rafael was wonderful with communication, even after our arrival, e-mailing us to review our check-out time and to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

World class location and professionally managed

Here is the scoop on this place. Rafael is mysterious debonair host that you never meet, but he is always there to give a very quick response to any question and handles everything very professionally. Dolly is the mostly Spanish speaking boots on the ground presence and is always on time for check-in and check-out and very handsomely dressed.

The location of this flat is World Class. It is half a block from two different Underground Stations that serve different lines, so getting to your destinations in London are very efficient. I have found that proximity of a grocery store on vacations like this is really important and the Sainsburys' is about 100 feet from the flat - good for picking up a couple items when coming home from sight seeing. Hyde Park is lovely to have close by. We managed two long walks through the park to watch the British with their dogs.

The apartment is very well thought out and everything works great. The kitchen has all the stuff you need. You can count on the automatic dishwasher and the clothes washing/drying machine. This will help you pack light.

The flat is on a very busy/lively street, but the windows face a super quite courtyard where I can't imagine you would every hear any street noise.

Princess Court - A great location

Princess court is in a very convenient location right between the Bayswater and Queensway undergrounds. It is centrally located and just a couple of minutes walk to Hyde Park. This is my second stay in the apartment during a visit to London. The apartment is well equipped and in great condition. It has a smart TV - it was great to unwind fron a days sightseeing watching a movie from a huge choice. The washer/dryer was very handy. The building is secure and quiet. A little oasis in the central part of London.

A wonderful holiday

From the start, Rafael the owner was always extremely prompt and with all correspondence, which made planning our trip from Australia a lot easier.

The property is in a lovely location, so close to Kensington Gardens and with plenty of places to eat nearby.

The nearest tube is literally 100 metres from the doorstep and the security of the building is very good.

A couple of times during our stay we needed to contact the owner, and he was very quick to help us with anything we needed to sort. Clean and tidy, we would happily stay here agin. Thank you for sharing your lovely home, Virginia, Vernon and Dominic
