About Mike

We purchased this property last year and embarked on a complete top-to-bottom renovation. No expense was spared in terms of upgrades (slab granite, new fixtures, berber carpet)) or guest amenities (3 HD TVs, upgraded linens and beds). We fell in love with the location which is steps from City Park and so close to downtown.

Why Mike chose Denver

The townhouse is three levels plus underground parking with remote access below. It features 4 traditional bedrooms (all have bathrooms en-suite) an additional Study which can be used as a bedroom ( 5 private sleeping rooms), and 5 bathrooms and is a great value and luxury for a family or travelers looking to share accommodations. It features three private outdoor areas, two of which are balconies facing west with views of the hospitals and a peek of downtown. It is extremely quiet yet very well-located.

For comfort, there is high speed internet and full cable.

Girls 29th Reunion!

Perfect luxurious townhome for my 8 childhood friends to have our 29th annual reunion. It is meticulously maintained, the kitchen sparkles and the home felt so cozy for our "city" gathering. It is light and bright, has balconies for morning coffee or quiet reading and my ladies loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The beds, wow, you will love your sleep! Awaken and the location provides easy access to all Denver has to offer! It's 1 block from city park with great morning walks and the Denver zoo, go south 1 block and stroll 17th Ave. with its great restaurant selection! We had 3 cars and parking is no problem there and there is handicap parking right across the street! This property is excellent for any group gathering and the owner is friendly and accommodating. I rate the owner and the property 5 stars! Thanks Mike for making my childhood friends reunion this year in Denver a success! The girls were all so happy in you lovely place!

Great location while attending convention

a perfect location!

As a german Family of 12! Members aged 15 to 77 years we spent a lovely time in this townhouse! The contact to the owner was always friendly and mails had been answered promtly.
The house is nicely decorated and had a luxury equipment in the kitchen, the bathrooms and the bedrooms.
There was plenty of linen, towels, kitchen-equipment and whatever one needs...
The location is very near to downtown and to the airport.
We would love to come again!

it will be a great place in a great area someday

We loved our stay in Denver and we loved being close to City Park and our daughter who lives nearby. Unfortunately there was construction still going on right next door so the overall vibe of the place was not great. We were expecting an urban feel but didn't like feeling we were in a construction zone! The property is very nice and was pretty clean. It was well stocked with the essentials. The underground parking garage was a bit tight. There were some odd things that need attention...drawer under oven doesn't work properly, one of the 3rd floor bathroom showers did not work, carpets probably need cleaned. There was definitely enough space for all of us to spread out. There were 9 of us.

Owner's Response: I am glad your family visit went well but was sorry to hear about your concerns with the stay. We take such pride in the townhouse and want each group to have a special time. We want guests to contact us if there is anything we can do to help make their stay exceptional. We either make an immediate repair or wait until the guests have departed depending on the preference of the guest.
Please be assured the entire house was newly carpeted 1 1/2 years ago and is professionally steam cleaned every six months, most recently on June 16, 2014.
We were not aware of an issue with a 3rd floor shower. We have since tightened the handle.
The pan drawer below the oven did occasionally get caught. We had a new LG double oven which has since been installed.
The finishing work next door is minimal (move in date per the website is October, 2014) but the fences are still up. We have discounted our rates from 2013 levels to reflect any possible inconvenience. Regardless, there is no work after 3:00 pm or on weekends.

Softball families

We had 4 families in town for a softball tournament, and this the perfect place!!
The hospitality was exceptional, and the house is wonderful and in a perfect location! I highly recommend this house for anyone with 6-10 people looking for a great place to stay!

Denver's restaurant row on 17th street is a short walk from the property and includes many of Denver';s best restaurants including, Vine Street Pub, Strings, Parallel 17, Lime, Watercourse (vegetarian), etc. They offer some of the best happy hours (try Parallel 17's Vietnamese egg rolls and Strings' reduced price gourmet wines).

Within walking distance are a new independent cinema multiplex, Tattered Cover bookstore and an off-leash dog park.

Downtown Denver, Cherry Creek shopping area, and countless other attractions are a few minutes by car or bike route.

The townhouse is walkable to Presbyterian/St. Lukes hospital, St. Josephs and is a short drive from National Jewish and Denver Health.
