Great care has been taken to furnish this well appointed three bedroom apartment to a luxurious standard with no economies made regarding fixtures, fittings or furnishings. Air conditioning keeps the apartment cool. In general, it is light and spacious. The lounge includes comfortable sofas, lamp and coffee tables, satellite TV and DVD. There is a fully equipped Italian kitchen. Both the master and second bedrooms are en suite. The third bedroom affords twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed if required. A full guest bathroom is located adjacent to this bedroom. The covered porcelain tiled terrace, accessed from both the lounge and master bedroom, provides space for alfresco dining, sunbathing or simply enjoying the stunning scenery.

We have recently returned from another great stay at this fabulous apartment on lovely Barbados!
The location is excellent with a nice beach immediately outside and some very good restaurants just a short stroll away in St Lawrence Gap.

Awesome property and location !

We (3 couples) just got back from 2 weeks in beautiful Barbados. What you see is what you get; the pictures in the listing look great, well you won't be disappointed ! The unit is in great shape and well appointed, the views and landscaping are truly spectacular ! Owners are great to deal with, everything went very smooth and as agreed.
The beach is beautiful as we expected, however the location is more prime than we had anticipated. Everything (restaurants, live entertainment, market, ATM etc) truly is within walking distance, local bus transport is just up the street (efficient and inexpensive) and taxis are usually available at property entrance.
This was our first time in Barbados and although we like to try new places (this is the sixth caribbean island that we visit) I expect we will be returning to this one, and when we do, this property will be our first choice. We highly recommend !

Thanks to Robert, Lauren and Orissa for taking good care of us, we had a wonderful vacation and look forward to an eventual return !

This was a shorf family vacation with adult chldren. Perfect location, perfect beach, great people (owner and staff) and the pictures are just the beginning. The condo is wonderful for family talks and breakfast - who cooks dinner on a vacation??? Just a short walk to The Gap and all of the great dining - be sure to go to Rush, new and really great!

When can I come back?!!

Like the last review said if there is availability for this apartment then book right away! We were lucky enough to get this place for the week and are so pleased we did, we couldn't have wished for more perfect accommodation. Apartment is exactly as described and the pictures are exactly what you see, although they don't do justice to this beautiful condo.
We were 4 adults, one child aged 8 and (very active) twins aged two and we had no problem with the fact that it was on the 5th floor, kids were perfectly safe playing on the balcony (with our supervision of course!) and the living area is very spacious. The apartment is easily accessed via the elevator. We were happy knowing the fact that the grounds are secure and only key holders can access the building and pool area. The rooms are fully air conditioned and all have ceiling fans too, they are very spacious (loved the walk in wardrobes!) and more importantly for me, clean! The beds were huge and very confortable. The location is spot on, situated on Dover Beach and although in St Lawrence Gap we were away from the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants, but close enough to walk to.
I can't praise this condo enough, it was everything we needed in a holiday and would not hesitate to come back here again.

EVEN BETTER THAN ADVERTISED

If the availabilty calendar has an opening that fits your schedule - don't look any further - simply email and book this brilliant accomodation. My two adult children, son-in-law and I recently returned from a perfect week in Barbados. The condominium is ideally situated on the south coast and both the property staff and Rex Realty staff could not have been more accomodating. Every detail in the unit is of the highest quality, and the rain shower in the master bedroom ensuite is to die for (It has fabulous water pressure)

Having spent a lifetime traveling, it is always rewarding to be able to recommend something without reservation - The condominium and views are just as they are presented in the pictures.

TROPICAL PARADISE At FIVE STAR ACCOMMODATION

My husband and I have done a lot of travel staying in four & five star hotels, time shares, villas, condos, and homes but I must say this condo has been one of the best.
It's as beautiful as Mr. Purcell described. My husband and I are very grateful and very pleased with this location. Orissa was outstanding on our arrival and made us feel at home..  It's very nice to see someone take pride and care of their vacation property the way we take care of ours.  It really feel like home.  CLEAN, CLEAN .........We plan or returning in the near future.
