Fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment with views of the Cathedral and terrace in the the center of the old city. Only 100m from from the Cathedral and 20 minutes walk from the Alhambra. The apartment is suitable for 2 people but can sleep 4. Has an open living room-kitchen which is fully equipped and luxury bathroom. Excellent location near the open market, from where you can go on foot to every place of the city. The terrace is perfect for alfresco dining.
There are two Hamman nearby the apartment. Don't forget to visit the bars in Calle Navas, Plaza Nueva, Calle Elvira and the Albayzin, the charming old Moorish quarter of Granada, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
One of the best point of the apartment is its location.
We loved Jesus and Eva’s apartment in Granada, it is exactly how it is advertised, but actually a bit larger than I expected for a center city apartment. The bathroom is spacious with a good size shower (good hot water with pressure), the kitchen and family room are open with space to cook, hang, and eat. We mostly ate on the outside terrace. I could not get enough of the terrace, it has a table with chairs and shade in one half. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. I especially liked the big closet structure with space to hang closes and place items. I like to spread out my stuff when I arrive and felt I had places to get instantly comfortable to enjoy the wonderful city of Granada, but also not feel cramped when we were in the apartment. The wifi is top notch for folks that like to be connected. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed including a notebook full of information regarding the apartment/Granada. Jesus was very helpful/prompt with all my emails and met us when we arrived to take us to the apartment (I really appreciated since it is a long journey and out of our element). We stayed 9 nights and felt we had enough to do/see, but I have to say what I like the most about the city is walking around exploring. The Alhambra is a must see and I can’t even describe the beauty against the Sierra Nevada mountains. I highly recommend Jesus & Eva’s apartment and Granada is a holiday destination!
We stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 year old daughter and couldn't be happier with the apartment or location. Jesus was such a gracious host, driving us to and from his apartment in the city and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. You are in the center of the city and walking distance from 3 lively squares with cafes and restaurants. We wish we had more time as the 3 days went very quickly...
This apartment is centrally located and is convenient for everything. It is clean and thoughtfully equipped. We love the terrace and had a couple of dinners there. We also like the restaurants recommended by Jesus. We particularly like the restaurants Botanico and Sevilla. We ate at the Sevilla three times. Jesus was very generous in letting us park our car outside his house, and even paid for our taxi trips to the apartment and back. We had a wonderful stay in the apartment.
This was the first time to Granada for me and my wife. Jesus was very good at responding to all of my emails prior to arriving and a super nice guy in person. The apartment was perfect. Very clean, all the comforts of home and a great location with a great terrace. There is even an elevator for those tired legs! We wish we could have spent more time in Granada. Jesus pointed out the must see areas. Lots of great tapas! Alhambra a must see and not a far walk at all. TIP: Do make sure you BUY tickets in advanced! This place sells out every day. Otherwise you must get in line by 6:00 am and wait for the tickets to go on sale at 8:30 (as I did but it was worth the wait) Lots of history in this place.
Thanks again to Jesus. We hope to see you again some day!

We loved this charming attic apartment in Granada and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The apt isn't large, but it's plenty big enough for two people. There is a separate bedroom and a futon couch in the living area. The terrace is the real bonus of this place - it is huge, well outfitted with furniture, and has fantastic views of the city and the mountains in the distance. Rental price is great too. Also would be remiss if I didn't mention how helpful and welcoming Jesus, the owner, was. We stayed in 6 different cities in Spain, and while all places were great, this was one of our our favorites. My only complaint is that the bed was rather uncomfortable. We actually slept on the futon. Regardless, this place was a real find.
Jesus was very nice, helpful, and a gracious host. The apartment is in the perfect location, within walking distance of everything in Granada, including el Alhambra, and right around the corner from historic plazas and great food. We enjoyed the city and the apartment a great deal. Gracias, Jesus!
Location is perfect for shopping and to go out for 'tapas'. Tapas is food they serve with your drinks and it is completely free. It is a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and from the main historical buildings (La Catedral, La Capilla Real, La Madraza, La Alhambra, Hospital/Iglesia de San Juan de Dios, Monasterio de San Jerónimo etc.) La Alpujarra is a area of villages 60km away Granada, made famous by books such as 'South from Granada' (Gerald Brenan) or recently 'Driving over Lemons'.
