These stunning apartments are situated on first, second and third floors with a large private glass fronted balconies. They are fully air-conditioned with two double/twin bedrooms, one double sofa bed, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, and a large balcony.

Offering Mediterranean sea views and the world famous Ibiza sunsets from the glass balcony terraces. Features include cocktail bar, large terrace with sun loungers, swimming pool, and 5 mins from Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar. Kanya Beach is often used by celebrities, DJs and friends of Pukka Up.

Es Paradis is one of the most beautiful clubs in the world, and hosts the glamorous Hed Kandi every Saturday, while Eden next door is San Antonio’s super club, with brands such as Kisstory, Garlands and Judgement Sundays.

The Kanya coastline apartments are located in San Antonio on the world famous sunset strip. A new concept for 2012, these luxury sea view self-catering apartments also come with the added feature of 40” plasma TVs, playstations, media centres and access to Kanya Beach bar and restaurant on ground floor. All apartments have full, uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, the stunning Ibiza sunset, from the large private glass fronted balcony. The lounge is a great size and consists of sofas (including a sofa bed), coffee table, storage units and a dining table. A sliding glass door leads from this room to the outside balcony which offers you views of the stunning Mediterranean. The Kitchen is modern, spacious and overlooks the lounge area. It’s fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. It is fully air-conditioned with two twin bedrooms and one double sofa bed, easily catering for upto 6 guests.

The Kanya apartment more than lived up to our expectations.The view was incredible, rooms comfortable and the service top class. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we were well stocked with clean towels regularly. The food and drink at the Kanya bar is top class but still at an affordable price.

Ticket and taxi service through the apartments was again well priced and never let us down.

Stayed in a few places in Ibiza now but the Kanya apartments is the only place for us now and will definetly be back there soon.

The Kanya apartments are really spacious with a modern decor. Ours had a large balcony with sun loungers which caught the sun about 4.30 - 5pm and also had an amazing sea view.

The pool could get quite busy but there was a lovely pool next door where loungers were available for 5 euros. the bar seemed to be a pre venue for some of the club nights so was quite loud and busy but they were gone by 12.

The location was great, only a 5 minute walk to sunset strip, taxis available and a supermarket a stones throw away. we also received 20% of food and drink and the kanya bar below which made it really reasonable.
Mel was always on hand for any queries, ticket requests or pre booked taxis.

We had a great time at the Kanya apartments. You couldn’t find a better place. It was a home from home, clean and bright. The balcony is huge and a great place to relax after taking in the sun by the pool and watch the sunset or carry on the party after a fab night at one of the clubs.
Thanks to Sam and everyone in the office who made booking our weekend go smoothly and Mel in resort who checked to see us everyday to ensure we needed for nothing. Kanya bar gave us the lively pool atmosphere during the day that we hoped for, excellent pre parties in the evening – it was all on our door step – we are definitely coming back next year.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you guys for your contribution towards our fantastic holiday. This was our 4th time in Ibiza and it was certainly our best! While the clubs are always second to none... the quality of the apartment, its 1st class view and the staff (cleaners and Kanya staff) played a massive role in making our break so memorable.

Once again, and on behalf of all the lads... thank you. We already have and will continue to highly recommend you to many.

Four of us stayed at these awesome apartments for a week and will be booking it for next year!

The location is superb, with the sunset cafés of Mambo, Café del Mar & the like just mins away. The views are amazing probably one of the best spots to watch the sunsets.

The great Kanya bar is just below with music pumping from 11am, perfect to wake up too and where some of the best pre parties are held.

The apartment is well decked out and very trendy and spacious. Although it could do with a full length mirror for those who are slightly on the vain side ;)

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Ibiza. Top-notch apartment and fantastic location. Recommend this to all party people!

Thank you Dom and Sam for being wonderful and very helpful.

See you guys in 2011.
