Perfect for a girls weekend away

I booked this accommodation for my hen-do and it was perfect! We were a group of 9 girls and this house was great. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with off street parking. It is a few minutes walk from the seafront and within easy walking distance from town.

We were met by the agent on arrival who gave us a tour of the house and answered any questions. The property was very clean and well maintained. Towels, toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc were supplied which was great for our 3 night stay. The beds were comfy and clean and there was extra bedding and pillows if required. There was a fully stocked games cupboard and full utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer....we could easily have stayed here for weeks!

Pam, the owner of the property was very quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful with the information provided. There was even a bottle of wine and box of chocs waiting for us on our arrival...what great customer service!! :)

We arrived for the opening of the Brighton Festival which, along with the great weather we had made for a great atmosphere wherever we went!

I would definately recommend this property for groups for a weekend away or for families looking for a home away from home!

Great Stay!

A group of 15 of us stayed for a hen do in April and had a fab time!
The double beds are pretty big so there was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably for both nights and we even all fit in the lounge for drinks and chats on the first night, which was great as I was worried it might be too small for all of us.
The kitchen is nice and big, so it was easy to make our own food and lay it out on the table for everyone.

Its an easy walk to the sea front and into town, I recommend Metrodeco down the road for afternoon tea, which is great on a girly weekend!

A great time had by all, would stay again!

Christmas In Brighton

This was well located, affordable, clean, with free parking in front- a must if you plan on having a vehicle with you.

The owner and management were responsive and pleasant. I would have no problem recommending this property to friends and family.

The location is within a 10 minute walk of the lanes and close to grocery shopping and of course a fine selection of pubs and restaurants.

We had 9 girls in the house, we had such a fantastic time. It was so nice all being together under one roof, none missed out on anything. The house was so clean, well equipped, comfortable and felt like home from home. All the girls said they would stay there again. 10/10. 5*

Perfect for an extended stay too!

We stayed in this property for 3 1/2 weeks and it was perfect for my husband and our two children, aged 8 and 19. The Pier and Lanes were all within walking distance and only a cheap taxi ride home with all your shopping and winnings from the amusement arcade! My husband was also rather partial to the close proximity of the Casino in the Marina!

The neighbours were all friendly and Mark and Pam, the owners, were extremely helpful and always on hand should we need something. There was a never ending supply of hot water and chocolates and much needed wine on our arrival!

I would highly recommend this property!
