The Beach House is a perfect haven for those looking to escape the hectic pace of everyday life. A place where you can wake up and look straight onto St. Ives Bay and Godrevy lighthouse. There is a private garden and patio where you can eat outside whilst watching the sunset over the bay. Alternatively, there is a daybed sofa in the living area with TV and DVD player. Unlimited high speed wifi. Lelant, the birthplace of Rosamunde Pilcher, is conveniently located near to St. Ives, but remains a peaceful and relaxed village even in the height of summer. The Eden Project is within easy distance to visit for the day, as are many of Cornwall's tourist destinations. A great location, especially of interest to golfers, walkers, painters, ornithologists, kayakers, windsurfers and anglers.

The Beach House is a truly stunning location for painters to experience the special 'light' of St.Ives Bay. The location inspired John Miller to paint world famous seascape and images of the views.
May to Aug is a good time for Anglers to fish for bass from the Beach. Kayakers and gig rowers are seen daily on the estuary. Hayle Towans on the opposite side of the estuary is a popular surfing, kite-surfing and wind surfing beach. The Hayle estuary is the most southerly estuary in the UK and the last stopping spot on mainland UK for migrating birds. It is therefore a RSPB reserve. Walkers can step out the door and walk the Hayle to St Ives section of the South West Coastal Route.
