The Villa is ideal for 8 people and you can rent the entire house for your exclusive use.

On the ground floor there are the kitchen and the living room.

In the kitchen you can find a complete assortment of dishes and appliances such as dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. Near the living room there is a bathroom with washing machine.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) which can sleep 8 people (it is possible to have additional single beds to sleep up to 10). Two of these rooms have an en-suite bathroom and the other two rooms a share bathroom.

The Villa is surrounded by garden with olive trees and you will find a veranda with panoramic views. Casina Foglietti also boasts a private swimming pool. All spaces are for you. You can enjoy for the serene landscape and the tranquillity.

RELAXING : The best thing to do at Casina Foglietti is relaxing and taking it easy. The Villa is very private. It's in an enchanting area, surrounded by hills. You are far away from the noise of the city and can enjoy the sounds of nature.

You can relax inside the veranda during the sunny days, read a book or admire the hills that run into the sea.

The swimming-pool is private and exclusive to our guests. You can enjoy swimming and sunbathing until late afternoon.

HOME COOKED ITALIAN DINNER

If you like, you can have a dinner at Casina Foglietti. We will cook for you.

We work during the day but, if you tell us one or two days before, we can organize your dinner with happiness.

We can cook and give to you the dinner like catering or, if you prefer, dinner served.

EXPLORING: Casina Foglietti can be the base for your holiday activities. You can take a short drive to a different destination every day.

Sea: The sea is only 20 minutes away and it is possible to choose beaches with sand and shallow water, ideal for children, or beaches with stones and deep water.

There are lots of beaches close by: Civitanova Marche (the nearest), Porto Recanati, Numana, Sirolo, the wonderful Natural Park of Monte Conero, Porto Sant’Elpidio, Lido di Fermo, Porto San Giorgio and the palms coast of San Benedetto del Tronto.

Mountains: The mountains are only 30 minutes away. You can drive from the hills to the mountains and will arrive in the middle of Monti Sibillini Natural Park, an ideal destination for mountain lovers. The best trip to see medieval towns of Italy.

Casina Foglietti is in the heart of Marchigian Hills. The streets are easy to navigate and linked well with main roads.

We are only 6 km from SS 77 Civitanova Marche - Foligno and about 15 minutes from the toll road of Civitanova Marche highway A14.

By car: take the expressway SS 77, exit to Macerata Sud - Corridonia, turn left and, when you arrive at centre Corridonia, turn left to Monte San Giusto;

Take n. 33 road for 5 Kms and then turn right. Travel on unpaved road to the end of the street.

By airplane: Ancona– Falconara airport is the nearest, about 70 km (aprox. 60 minutes by car) from Casina Foglietti, while Pescara airport is about 140 km (aprox. 100 minutes by car).

There are many links from mainland Europe to Ancona and Pescara airports: London Stansted, Dusseldorf - Weeze, Brussels - Charleroi, Paris Beauvais, Eindhoven, Franfurt-Hahn, Oslo Torp, Madrid, Siviglia, Barcelona-Girona and from all major Italian cities.

Your booking will be blocked when you pay a reservation fee of 30% of the total holiday cost. This can be paid by bank transfer.

Our cancellation policy:

- 30% of the total price of total rental cost purchased, for cancellation up to 45 days before the arrival date;
- 60% of the total price of total rental cost purchased, for cancellation from 45 to 30 days before the arrival date;
- 80% of the total price of total rental cost purchased, for cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date;
- 100% of the total price of total rental cost purchased, for cancellation from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date;

We ask for a deposit about 300,00 €. Without damage the money will be paid back at the end of the holiday.
The price is for 8 people and included: electricity, water, gas and heating supply (not from 1st Oct to 30th Apr),
final cleaning. Linen and towels are provided and will be changed weekly if you are staying for longer than one week. Please bring your own towels for use by the pool.

On request, it's possible add maximum 2 folding beds. The price is 15,00 euro each person per day.

Rental periods commence on Saturday afternoons. It's better don't arrive before 17:00 because the property is ready for your arrival after this hour and departing time is at 10:00am (Saturday).
