About Sylvia Wheeler
My husband Jim and I and I purchased this property new in 2005. It is in pristine condition with all new furnishings. Our property manager lives close by in Gold Canyon. She manages over 50 properties in the area. She is a wonderful, sweet dynamo of a lady and knows how to make sure things get done so that your stay will be worry free.
Sylvia Wheeler purchased this condo in 2012
Why Sylvia Wheeler chose Gold Canyon
We decided to purchase in Gold Canyon after searching most of the Phoenix area. The mountains, the golf courses, the area was great and we all agreed this was the place for us. Not many places you can look up at night and see over a million stars and enjoy the quiet yet be so close to all that Phoenix has to offer.
What makes this condo unique
The views from the master suite, the dining room, living room and patio are stunning. Access to the golf courses and the Gold Canyon golf resort clubhouse with full service restaurant and bar within easy walking distance are enticing. The beauty of the desert with all the fauna and wildlife that use the wash off the patio as a 'super highway' from the mountains to the refreshing ponds on the golf course makes wildlife watching easy and interesting.
It is far away enough from Phoenix to have all the benefits of small town living but close enough to drive for anything you want or need.
