Our single story villa in Harbour View is moments from Jolly Harbour and the beach. 2 King-size beds both with en suites, 2 twins, and a family bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans. Central A/C, with cable TV, & Wi-Fi. Fully kitted kitchen with dish-washer, washing machine/drier and American sized fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & ample cooking utensils and pans.
Fully furnished with towels/linens provided, and a weekly maid service, which can be as frequent as daily if required. The property benefits from having its own private pool and sundeck, with outside dining furniture, sun loungers, and gas barbecue.
The nearest supermarket selling an extensive range of western food is a 5 minute walk, as are the facilities of Jolly Harbour. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk.
You will be met on arrival at the airport at St. Johns, with transfers arranged to/from the villa, an approximate 25 minute minute journey by road, with a welcome pack waiting for you on arrival

A lovely villa, clean, airy and nicely decorated. Faces east/west so gets the sun all day. Very well equipped, with thoughtful touches like coolboxes, chairs and li-los for use on the beach.
There is also free wi-fi so you can keep in touch with your non-holiday life if you need to.
It comfortably fits 8, although I had the luxury of being there with just one other person and there are plenty of dishware, towels etc to cope with a large party.
There is also an ipod dock.
There is a lovely seating/dining area outside and pretty solar lighting for the evening.
I would recommend a car (4X4 as Antiguan roads are badly potholed) as it's the easiest way to explore the island, although the very best beaches are close by.
The only reason it didn't get a 5 is that the pool is neither long or deep enough for a proper swim but that is not a drawback for everybody
A taxi from and to the airport is included in the price.
We currently live in the UK, having spent a career mostly working and living overseas. We bought this property in 2008 to provide a vacation home for ourselves and our two daughters, and to provide an extended vacation home during my retirement.
The property comprises 1600 square feet internally, a 300 square foot sun verandha overlooking the 10 times 5 metre pool, which is contained within a timber deck area.
With 1600 square feet of internal living area, the property is ideal for extended vacations. It is configured to enable two families of four to share identical bedrooms, ie, with two master bedrooms, both with kingsize beds, ensuites, and wardrobes, dressers. Similarly there are two identical twin rooms, which share a shower room. It is therefore ideal for two families of four to share a vacation.
The property is fully equipped to facilitate self catering, with Denby crockery, Diners cutlery, and Circulon pans. It has all the necessary facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, plus other kitchen items such as blender, coffee maker, and more than adequate kitchen utensils to make self catering a pleasure, rather than a chore!
Of course, if self catering is not your thing, then you are a five minute walk from the 6 nearest restaurants.
The lounge is furnished to be comfortable, with a leather sofa set.
The property is located on a short hardcore road, off the main road entrance to Jolly Harbour and overlooks a freshwater lake, with breeding birds, and feeding pelicans. It is quiet, and removed from the hustle and bustle of Jolly Harbour, but is only a 5 minute walk away from the Jolly Harbour supermarket, restaurants etc.
