The apartment has everything required for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Whether sitting on the private terrace or by the many wonderful pools, you can easily forget that the busier resorts and tourist attractions are all just a few minutes away. One of the best things is its position for quick and easy access to the fabulous outdoor and indoor pools. *** NOW WITH Broadband / Internet / Wi-Fi since 2011 ***

More on the immediate Location : Its a lovely 12 minute stroll down to the sea and marina at Port Adriano where you can enjoy a meal and watch the sunset at one of the many restaurants that overlook the marina. The 5 star Port Adriano Hotel is also situated here and this is another restaurant option we have.The hotel also provides spa and beauty treatments etc.

Situated between the apartment and Port Adriano there are bus stops which go to Palma/Santa Ponsa and beyond.

The Santa Ponsa Country Club which offers a restaurant, tennis, gym, and spa is a 3 minute drive from the apartment.

There is a superb cycle/walking/jogging path (its lined with trees & flowers, floodlit and about 5 yards wide) which starts at El Toro and goes past Magaluf, Palma Nova and all the way to Palma and beyond.

The Complex is situated between Santa Ponsa 2 and 3 Golf Courses. These are restricted to members, but Santa Ponsa 1 is only a 3 minute drive. There are several golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

Food Shopping: There is a Spar supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, cafes and newsagent in El Toro which is right next to Port Adriano (2 minute drive).

Larger Supermarkets can be found in Santa Ponsa which is a 5 minute drive away.

Travel from the Airport: We recommend our guests hire a car from the airport. Its a straightforward 20/25 minute drive following our simple directions/map - its all motorway up to Santa Ponsa. Alternatively, you can take a taxi which will cost approximately 40 Euros. The journey can also be done by bus which costs about 5 Euros per person, however, you have to change at the central bus station in Palma - it will take approximately an hour and a half though plus a 10 minute walk from the bus stop which is not ideal if its hot and you are have cases !

What can I say, the apartment was far better than the pictures show. Everything was thought of by the owners from playing cards to a fully functional kitchen. Good access to swimming pools and in good range of other places to visit. Well worth the stay, and would recommend if your thinking of staying somewhere relaxing, with easy access to bars, towns and restaurants....need I saw more....enjoy.

Perfect for a Family Holiday

From the point of initial enquiry to arrival, Peter provided first class information down to the detailed directions on how to find the property from Palma airport. Upon first entering the apartment, we were struck by the size and open feel presented. The detail personal touches such as the welcome food hamper, local information and games/dvd's really helped us settle in quickly. I could not fault the apartment for the standard of cleanliness and its position in relation to the swimming pools is perfect. I was a bit wary of the tranquil nature of the complex (having 3 children under the age of 8), would the kids be bored or would they disturb the other guests? However, my waryness was proven to be unfounded as quite a number of other families were staying on the complex and the kids all quickly bonded and played together giving us parents some peace! To get out and about, you need a car although you can walk to Port Adriano in 15 minutes (or about 1 hour with kids stopping every 20 paces!) We visited a number of the resorts in the area each with its own charm and qualities. The Water Park (10 minute drive) was obviously a big hit with my kids!

The overall experience has been first class and I would unreservedly recommend this apartment (in fact a few travel companies I could think of should take notes from Peter on how he conducts his rentals and indeed presents his property).

Relax in Mallorca

This was a lovely property for a family break. The owner was very helpful from the initial enquiry onwards & provided lots of useful info about local attractions before we arrived. There was a generous welcome pack to greet us & the apartment was spotless. The complex was quiet & we found the indoor swimming pool particularly welcome as the weather was a little cool at times. Excellent customer service provided by Peter - thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Mallorca & are planning when we'll be back!

21st 28th October...From New Forest

We arrived and quickly settled in to this fantastic apartment. We found it clean, bright and very well equipped, the owner had thought of everything, cards, CDs, films, as well as the tin opener and a welcome bottle of water and milk, not to mention the wine. It was exactly as discribed, and better, its location to the outside pool is great, as only a step or so away, the indoor pool the same, both very clean, with showers. The complex is ran very well, with no noise and no litter. We hired a car from the airoport, recomended, and with very clear instructions had no problem in locating the apartment. I would reconmend using the `Eroski` suppermarket at end of Santa Ponsa high street, free parking and excellant value, also their cooked chicken and salads are great. We tended to stay away from the holiday area s, but Santa Ponsa offers a great safe beach, Sollar is good to visit, we drove the mountain way through lots of Spanish villages, fantastic veiws and would not of missed it for the world, although the drive is very steep and difficult in places, not for the faint hearted. Port Andraxt is well worth a visit too.
The main reason of this holiday was to give a disabled person (double lower amputtee) a break in the sun. The owner was more than helpful with measuring door widths etc, and the apartment grounds are very wheel chair friendly, the apartment was large enough for the wheel chair and very enabling, there was enough room in the bathroom from the chair onto to toilet to lift. I would highly recommend this apartment to disabled and wheel chair users.

We chose this apartment for us and our 2 children- 2 and 3yrs. It did not disappoint. It is as the pictures show and better. It was clean and spacious. The location to the pools is excellent and they are very child friendly. There is a TV and DVD's.There was a welcome pack on arrival that consisted of most the basics. We had never booked an apartment through a website like this before, but all communications were excellent.The owners are helpful. We would highly recommend it and would vist again.

Notes:
One of the best things about our apartment is its position in the complex - It is an ideal distance from both the outdoor and indoor pools. You can sunbathe in the private garden or move back a few steps into the shade of the large covered terrace. When you need to cool off take 30 steps through the gardens and you are at the pool side. Its far enough away to be private and peaceful, yet so quick and handy. Another good feature is the underground car park. The remote control key gives access to the underground car park where you have your allocated car parking space. You can either use this or park in the spaces above ground, but parking underground keeps your car much cooler on a hot day. There is a lift from the car park to the ground floor (the apartment). Being on the ground floor and having the lift makes this apartment suitable for those that can't manage steps.
