This vacation home is centrally located in Princeville on the spectacular North Shore of Kauai. It is surrounded in tropical vegetation and peaceful landscaping, and is available for, weekly, and monthly, and long term rental.

This vacation home is one of the most sought after vacation homes on Kauai because of it's short walk to the beach and the backyard Golf Course! It is a Tri level story home with 2274+ square feet and sleeps 6-8 comfortably, with 1 large Master Suites + 2 bathrooms, and additional sleeping with the living room Queen pull out sofa and a loft that sleeps two. Master Suite bedroom has it's own bathroom. Upstairs

is a large living room with a pull out sleeper sofa including soaring 15+ ft open beam ceilings with sky lights, blade ceiling fans,

and serves as a perfect gathering spot for the whole family. There is are lanai decks upstairs and down stairs

The mountain and golf course views, tropical setting offer just the rest and relaxation you need. Sheltered by the largest reef in Hawaii, Anini Beach offers one of the most accessible and versatile ocean playgrounds in Hawaii and was once the fishing lagoon of Hawaiian royalty. Kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing and kite surfing all just steps away for the few fortunate Anini Beach residences. Our home sits on a large private lot on the Princeville Golf Course. Includes full kitchen, living room with wireless internet, t.v., several lanai around the upper and lower decks, large driveway, grass front yard, Main Master suite, has a king bed, and additional full size bed with ajoining bathroom. Washer and dryer in the garage. Room for the Whole Family

We spent nearly a week on beautiful Kauai and thoroughly enjoyed this rental. Not only was the home located in a stellar area, it was large enough to fit our family of five adults comfortably. We loved the format of the home, which allowed for great social time but also privacy as needed. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in this beautiful, island style home! Everything you need is right here! My husband, my large family came to celebrate a wedding. We couldn't be happier! This is our first time to Kauai, pure paradise! The North Shore is absolutely beautiful!! The owners have been so friendly and helpful! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Run Down Dump

Please take my advice and spend your money elswwhere. This home is so run down and gross. There is carpet pretty much throughout the home, including bathrooms and it is disgusting. Stains everywhere! There are baseboards ripped off the wall, broken door jams, screens falling off, lights not working, etc. It is not an island paradise. I realize that it is tropical and there will be a few issues, but this house is gross. Since the screens are all broken there are critters all over in the house and they leave droppings all over the walls and baseboards. I had the cleaning crew come the day we got there and she said the owner is trying to sell the home and won't put any money into it. I pulled out the hideaway bed and garbage flew all over. The cleaning lady said she didn't even know it was a bed and had never cleaned it. The sheets are old and thread bare, don't match, and the towels are the same way.

The front door has to be pushed tight to close, so you will wait for one minute every time you use the door for the lock. It gets really annoying.

This home although in a cul-de-sac, backs up to a very busy and loud street. Since there is no air conditioning you will need the windows open and you will hear cars all night and people walking at 6 am every day.

We never ran out of hot water, so that was good. That is pretty much the only acceptable thing about this location.

Owner's Response: Aloha Unfortunately this malicious attempt to slander our property in an attempt to get a refund is not warranted. We have gone out of our way to correct the tenants' concerns upon their arrival, and heard nothing from them again until after they have left the island. We offered the tenants a three day complimentary stay but they have not responded to our offer. Our reviews on our property website speak for themselves, no one has ever given us less than a four star review. The pictures on VRBO are less than one year and are accurate. • We do have carpet that we frequently have cleaned and it is mostly throughout the house. Both our cleaning maintenance crews disagrees with this statement other than 2 bleach stains which will be resolved. • The living room has no base boards by choice and design, we can safely say they were not “ripped off the wall”. There are no broken door jams and no screens are falling off. The lights were working before this particular group of tenants checked in. • Kauai is a beautiful tropical island and it does have geckos that frequent every house on the island, there is no way around that. A quick wipe down always cleans any droppings. Landlord had our cleaning crew come, within an hour, to the home to satisfy the tenants concerns. The home is currently on the market, therefore we have made numerous repairs in preparation for the sale. • The cleaning crew we have did not know the sleeper sofa was more than just a sofa, but that has been brought to their attention. Minimal beach sand was noted by our crew upon inspection. This issue was remedied in front on the tenants to their satisfaction. • The sheets are not matching on every bed, but they are close. The sheets are not new but they are far from thread bare. The towels are in good condition. • All the wood in Kauai expands and contracts depending on the humidity and weather. The door is a coded keyless entry for the convenience of our tenants. With most coded keyless locks, it takes 30 seconds to automatically lock the door. • In our listing we have a discloser about the street noise and no air conditioning. (most homes do not have air conditioning and use fans, due to the fact that an air conditioner is seldom needed) We regret the circumstances of the slanderous remarks made about our home, and we have attempted in good faith to satisfy our guests. We are easy to work with and will accommodate our guests in any way we can to make their stay pleasant. Mahalo

If you have a large family like ours you’re in luck. Just as the description indicated there was abundant room for everyone, my entire family had more space than we knew what to do with.

This wonderful home was loaded with beautiful amenities with up to date features; it was very comfortable and accommodating.

The description was very nice , but trust me it will not prepare you for the reality of the Island with all its beauty and nature that is unique and something we had never experienced before.

There were several restaurants and grocery within a convenient distance from the house, and Anini beach was so perfect you could just go barefoot and take the trial the whole way like it was there just for you! The kids went nuts running back and forth from the house to the beach, and this help tucker them out for bedtime as well.

Without question the most relaxing and peaceful vacation our family has ever had. We intend to return next year and we definitely recommend this exceptional house to our friends and family.

The privacy and seclusion of this beautiful spacious home gives one the feeling being of a VIP. The Views were simply incredible! My Family arrived at the home only to have our expectations surpassed. The first time you stand up on the upper Lanai, and see and almost feel the waterfall you will know you have found paradise.

There was easy access to Golf, Hiking and kayaking as well as nature watching on the trails heading to the beach. Everything that was presented in the house description was met with great satisfaction.

All that we needed to make our stay unique was provided such as Restaurants, Farmers market, and Grocery stores which were within comfortable proximity to the home.

I highly suggest taking advantage of the House vehicle; The Toyota Tundra was very nice, and allowed us to venture out to amazing sightseeing spots which were absolutely stunning!

Overall it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. The Island and the Home represent the finest that beauty and nature has to offer the peaceful easy going lifestyle is ubiquitous. My family cannot wait to return and experience it all over again.

This is an excellent location for a relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful, has a great layout, is very comfortable and all the necessary amenities are within easy reach. The grounds are beautiful and inviting making for a restful stay. Access to the beach, shopping, dining and recreation are within easy walking distance. All in all a worthwhile and memorable stay.
