This is a beautifully well kept, 1st floor, apartment in a impressive modern building. It is on the Paseo Maritimo with only a few seconds walk to the beach. The apartment has views to the sea and the countryside and a fantastic view of the old church 'Puig de Missa'.

After passing through the huge double wooden doors you will find an impressive main entrance hall with water feature, exotic plants and lifts to the upper floor and parking level.

The apartment has also has an entrance hall and separate utility room.

If you are renting a car, you won't have to worry about finding a parking space as there is there is a private space in the, very secure, underground parking garage.

The apartment is set up as a home and is used regularly by the owners.

Perfect for a relaxing resort holiday with everything at your doorstep.

Santa Eulalia Del Rio: Santa Eulalia is a fantastic family resort set on the finest beaches in Ibiza. Everyone who stays here comments on how clean and well kept the town is. There is enough to do not to have to leave the town but there is an excellent bus service if you decide to go exploring and don't have a car. There are loads of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. For the sporty types there are gyms, watersports, sport centre, diving centres and a superb marina. It really does have everything for the perfect family holiday. Hope to see you soon.

Santa Eulalia is a fantastic family resort set on the finest beaches in Ibiza. Everyone who stays here comments on how clean and well kept the town is.   • We take a 300 euro breakages deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay.
    Check in is at 4pm or after and check out is at 12 noon or before.
    The rent includes a basic clean on your departure but does not include cleaning dirty plates, etc. If found excessively dirty or the apartment has obviously been disrespected all or part of the deposit will be retained.
    Extra cleaning iis available at an extra charge of 54 euros per clean.
    The apartment is totally unsuitable as a base for nightclubbing. No Hen or Stag groups.

Great apartment, great location !!

My family and I stayed here for 10 days at the end of august. The beautiful apartment was spacious, clean and the equipment proved made it a home from home. The location was fabulous with views of the sea and the historical church on the hill with the beach less than a two minute walk away (literally). The underground parking was a valuable asset in august as parking was limited!! The town had numerous restaurants of a very good standard with one of our favourites being Palardi mexican restaurant located in restaurant row! The water taxi to Ibiza town was a lovely day out and the children loved the mini train ride. Shall definitely return to this apartment next year, cant wait!

We stayed for a week at the end of June and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Fantastic apartment in the perfect location. Couldn't fault it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the apartment and the town.

The food, particularly in Restaurant Street, was excellent and would highly recommend a trip to Formentera which has some of the best beaches I've ever seen.

My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. The standard was extremely good, clean and spacious.

The location is fantastic, as are the views of the sea, church and Siesta Hill. Restaurants were value for money and we hardly saw a cloud during the whole week we stayed.

A fantastic apartment, very well equipped (including hairdryer) in a fantastic location. Can't wait to go again soon!

Apartment Punta Mayol Santa Eularia in Ibiza

Stayed for 1 week as a party of 4 senior citizens and thought that the apartment was as described in that it was very conveniently located for the sea and walking distance to the Marina.Also only 5 minute walk to the restaurants in town where we found every restaurant we visited to be value for money and good food.
The apartment is rated Good rather than Excellent as we felt that the equipment provided could have been of a better standard for the quality of the property but we were pleased with having an underground parking space as the roads do get very congested in the area.
We would recommend this apartment to those seeking a quiet resort with very clean promenades and good choice of restaurants. However, for the ladies, don't forget your hairdryer as there is not one provided in the apartment.

This is a fantastic apartment that couldn't be in a better position! The apartment is very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped including sky tv, dishwasher and all the necessaries of life.

It is located 2 minutes to the beach. The balcony gives lovely views over the sea, Siesta and the Church Puig de Missa.

This is most certainly one of the best apartment blocks in the town. Internal fountains and seating add to the luxury and there is also private underground parking which is very useful.

All in all, a fantastic apartment, in a fantastic location. What more could you ask for?
