2 bedrooms, sleeps 4, in a small quiet development of 9 houses with shared pool

Located 20 minutes drive inland from the towns of Denia and Javea, on the outskirts of the quiet rural town of Pedreguer and close to La Sella Golf Resort. Situated at the head of the beautiful Orba valley famous for almond and orange groves, the house is on the side of a hill looking towards the sea and mountains. The bustling port of Denia has miles of sandy beaches, a marina, and many restaurants. Further south, you will find Javea, with its old town, port and family friendly beaches.Casa No Me Olvides is a 2 bedroom townhouse furnished to a high standard by its owners. There is a balcony off the main bedroom with a table and chairs and views across the orange groves to the sea. The rear of the property has an enclosed patio with table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, BBQ and views to the mountains. The front has a gated patio/garden area with access to the steps leading to the pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a separate laundry area with a washing machine / dryer.

Golf: There are several golf courses in the area, notably the championship La Sella which is part of the local Marriott Golf Resort in Jesus Pobre and about 20 mins drive away, Oliva Nova Championship Golf Course about 25 mins drive, plus courses at Altea, Calpe and Javea all within 35 minutes.

Nightlife: This is a very quiet residential area but Benidorm which is approx 35 mins drive away has numerous night time attractions, plus at Denia there is a very attractive marina with sophisticated bars and restaurants. Also, the beach at Arenal in Javea is lively in the evening. In high season there is an evening market at Arenal Beach and Denia sea-front.

Inland: Guadalest is a beautiful inland destination with a castle, a number of small shops and bars and stunning mountain scenery. Altea is also very beautiful, with white houses and an abundance of flower containers and baskets in the summer.

The Montgo Nature Reserve is a short drive away and offers stunning views over Denia and Javea.

The townhouse is located 20 minutes drive inland from the towns of Denia and Javea, on the outskirts of the quiet rural town of Pedreguer. The immediate area is very quiet and we ask guests to respect this and our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a reasonable level; consequently we do not consider the property is suitable for very young children.

Situated at the head of the Orba valley famous for almond and orange groves, the house sits on the side of a hill looking towards the sea and mountains. Notes: This house is in a very quiet residential area and we ask this to be respected in terms of noise levels. Children are very welcome but it is not suitable for the very young or those with walking difficulties. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as a floor standing fan for the warmer months. The wall mounted air conditioning unit will chill the air in the lounge in the hottest periods and can also provide some warm air when it is chilly. There are also 2 mobile oil filled radiators which can be placed wherever some background warmth may be required. The bathroom upstairs has a wall mounted electric heater. There is ample bedding including blankets and duvets and 8 pillows. All bed linen is 100% cotton and of the highest quality. All towels are generously sized and very high quality. Our neighbour provides the linen change and is a key holder. The community is secure with lockable vehicular and pedestrian gates and also a gate to the pool. The front garden is also gated.

Fantastic Holiday

We stayed in Casa No Me Olvides for 10 days in July. The house had everything we needed. Enjoyed getting up & going to the shared pool each morning, which we had to ourselves. Then off to nearby towns & beaches. The beaches weren't crowded. Arenal beach in Javea is lined with resturants & we enjoyed going to the night market. Les Poplets & Marinas north of Denia are not crowded, long stretches of sandy beach, with shallow clear water. We took the children snorkelling here, thanks to the magic cupboard for having 2 sets of snokelling gear, parasols & beach chairs. We had great weather 30 degrees every day. The views from the house were fantastic by day & night. The holiday was very relaxing, we will go back & would recommend to friends.
Owner's Response: Glad you discovered the Narnia cupboard (laundry cupboard to most people!) and enjoyed the area. Snorkelling is also great at Les Rotes beyond the side of the Denia Marina, where the water is transparent and contained withinin a rocky area. There are usually some very chic pop-up cocktail bars on the beach between the Javea Port and Arenal Beach which are very nice after a day on the beach.

Great Holiday

We stayed at Casa No Me Olvides in summer 2008 and enjoyed it so much went back again summer 2009! The accomodation has everything that you need and is fitted out very tastefully. There is a rear patio area with a BBQ that makes spending evenings in really enjoyable although Javea and Denia with their wide range of good restaurants are not far away. Pedreguer is a small traditional Spanish town where you can find all that you need - spend time in the cafe off the town square to really experience the Spanish way of life! Alternatively "La Marina" a short drive away, is a shopping mall that is bang up to date with a wide range of shops and restaurants. The nearest sandy beach is approx 15 mins drive away and is never crowded. Drive inland and visit Guadalest, the drive through the mountains on winding roads is breathtaking! Forgot to mention the pool, although shared we mostly had it to ouselves. Viva Espana, Enjoy!

Great house in a really nice location...

Visited the house in early Feb 08. Can't fault it in any way. Photos don't do it justice. Peaceful location but close enough to coast, shops and restaurants in Denia and Javea. Arenal had a nice clean beach and good range of restaurants along the sea front. The house has every amenity you could need, just like a home from home. Dishwasher is a plus as who wants to wash dishes on holiday. Great view from balcony and perfect to have morning coffee and croissants. There are supermarkets close by that stock everything you could possibly need. Didn't use the pool as it was a little cool in Feb although sunny. Alison in the UK was really helpful. Would definitely recommend to couples or small families and I will be going back again.

It is such a lovely part of Spain which none of us had visited before and we didn't realise how green it would be or how many orange and almond trees there were! It was beautiful.

We have stayed in a number of villas and apartments across Europe
over the years and yours is by far the highest standard we have ever rented - really superb. It is beautifully maintained.
