2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with outstanding views of the Mediterranean sea, car parking and swimming pool. This property is not your usual holiday apartment, the furniture is top class no expense spared (no plastic chairs etc) The views from the main balcony and the main bedroom balcony have to be seen to be believed. This property would suit families or couples who are looking for a quiet, get away from it all holiday. Sitting on the balcony lots of hawks, swifts and swallows fly by to entertain you. The sun comes from behind the apartment therefore allowing you to have your breakfast in comfort before it gets onto the pool and then on the balcony around 12 noon till late evening. It has a fully fitted kitchen and lounge.No pets please. Fully fitted air con has been installed for the 2012 season

We are installing air con in both Bedrooms and the lounge in the apartment soon for the 2014. season

We have a meet and greet as well as an airport pick up service available.

Non refundable deposit to reserve, balance 1 month before arrival.

I bought this apartment because of the fantastic views from both balconies, every person that rents the apartment always comments on the stunning views. I try to get to Spain about three times a year (depending on work) as i love the area. Very quiet as its in a residential area but within walking distance of bars and good quality restaurants

The apartment is central to everywhere on the Costa Del Sol so you can get to Gibraltar within an hour or travel from Malaga airport is around 30 minutes away. Marbella is also a 20 minute drive along the stunning coast road.

FANTASTIC FIRST CLASS APARTMENT.

The description of the apartment was very accurate, it was very clean and well maintained. Taxi transfers were arranged prior to our holiday by Tanya who was there to greet us on arrival. The apartment is perfectly situated with stunning views and even with the fantastic weather the apartment was very cool. The local supermarket is very well stocked and reasonable and there are lots of very good restaurants, we didn't have one bad meal while we were there but the service in the Indian and Argentinian restaurants was superb. Mijas village is a must to visit, so very beautiful 50 euros return in a taxi very well worth it. Graeme the owner sent us a text to wish us all a good holiday which was a lovely touch. We would certainly recommend this superb apartment to family and friends. Graeme and his wife have a beautiful apartment and we definitely want to return.

PERFECT!

From my initial enquiry through to getting back from the holiday Graeme was excellent at getting in touch and providing us with everything we needed to ensure our trip ran smoothly.

We booked the apartment as we were attending a wedding nearby - it was a perfect location for us; a quiet area with fantastic views but accessible to local shops for necessities, bars, restaurants and the beach was just 15 mins walk down the hill from the apartment.

As we wanted to explore the region a bit more we hired a car but this apartment would still be ideal if you wanted a simple, quiet, relaxing holiday just soaking up the sun on the balcony or by the pool and playing a spot of golf or having a day at the beach.

We visited Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas Pueblo, Malaga and Gibraltar - all within easy and comfortable driving distance from the apartment. We took a taxi back up the hill from The Garden Bar where we'd attended the wedding and although the taxis aren't cheap they're very clean, safe, regulated and the drivers know where they're going!

The apartment itself looked lovely in the pictures but it exceeded our expectations - it's spacious, beautifully decorated & furnished, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were met by the lovely housekeeper late at night when we arrived and she showed us in, gave us info and recommendations and was on hand if we needed anything. We had everything we needed and sitting out on the balconies was a real highlight with the stunning views.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet location but with easy access to as much holiday entertainment as you need - the best of both worlds!

We will definitely stay again in the future :)

WHAT A VIEW !

When entering the apartment your eyes are drawn to the most amazing view. It certainly has the ' Wow' factor. We had a fabulous week & the apartment is well placed being close to beaches & shops. The local restaurants round the corner at Las Terras were superb, particularly La Vente de Golf where the staff were charming & the food delicious. A drive up to Ronda is amazing & not to be missed ! Likewise Mijas Pueblo which is really beautiful. It is really a great area to explore with the glamorous Marbella & Porto Banus on your doorstep. You will not be disappointed !

STUNNING

Firstly the good bits, lovelly apartment, cosy, clean, all mod cons, everything you could possibly want for your stay, excellent resturants, superb little shop close by... The views are fantastic could not imagine any better of the sea or the white village below, STUNNING!!!!!!!!!!
the only bad bits and im not sure there bad is 1. you do require a car, so much to see & do locally, taxis are not that pricey but a car is so much more convienient.. 2. Would have liked a DVD player, having two small children some evenings its nice just to relax after a long day and watch a movie but other than that PERFECT!!!!

Thank you for the review on my apartment, i agree to all your comments, we did have a DVD player in the apartment however one of my past renters damaged the DVD player by buying a DVD off a Lucky Lucky man on the beach and it did not play and we could not get it out of the player therefore we had to take it out of the apartment and decided that if we put another one in the same thing could happen again so we decided not to buy a new one. We have taken your comments on board and will consider this suggestion again.

You are very welcome to rent the apartment again in the future as i know you are considering another week later in the year

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY ACCOMODATION :)

We booked two weeks at the apartment, and we had a wonderful holiday, when we arrived Tanya the housekeeper met us and was very helpful and friendly with useful information and tips on where to shop, eat etc. The apartment is fantastic, clean, spacious and has everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable, the views (as described by the owner) are spot on, FABULOUS :)) spending a few evenings watching the sunset and the birds fly by was very relaxing. We found Pepe's Restaurant at El Bombo Beach, the food was out of this world and reasonable prices too, watch the sunset with a glass of wine from your table with nothing to disturb you but the chatter of customers and the sounds of the sea, the staff are also very helpful and friendly too, well worth a visit. We will return again, and highly recomend this apartment for your break. Thank you Graeme!

Our apartment is 25 mins drive from Malaga airport along the coast road to Marbella. We can supply pick up and drop off at the airport and also recommend a website for the cheapest hire cars whie in Spain if you want to drive. The property is easy to find as i will send directions when you book. The property is in a mainly residential area however there are lots of very good quality restaurants and small bars within 5 mins walk. A golf course is also 5 mins drive away and lots of other courses within 15 mins drive. There are a number of beaches that are only 5/10 mins drive or a 15 minute walk. Also a naturist beach if that's your thing. The property has fantastic views of the Mediterranean as well as all down the coast to Gibraltar and across the sea to Morroco. Marbella is a 20 minute drive away and Puerto Banus is a further 5 minutes.

Meet, Greet and cleaning £50
You pay a non refundable deposit (normally 20% of your total rental) and then the balance plus the refundable security deposit no later than 1 month before your arrival at the apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment is checked for breakages or damage and then all being well the security deposit is sent back to you within 5 working days.
Notes Please be aware my housekeeper charges 20 euros for out of business hours arrivals (between 7pm and 8am Spanish time) payable on arrival to her.

I will require a 200 euro/ pounds security deposit one month before arrival. This deposit will be returned back to you within 5 days after you leave the apartment without any breakages or damage.
