The perfectly situated villa enjoys all day sunshine and some of the most memorable sunsets to get those emotions running. Enjoy drinks and relax by your private pool or soak up the sun on your spacious terrace. Dinner can be prepared on your BBQ and enjoyed on your outside dining area. Inside you will find luxurious accommodation with an ultra large lounge with a quality chocolate leather corner sofa for relaxing or enjoying family entertainment which is provided. Upstairs comprises of a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe King sized bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds both also have double wardrobes. Due to the size of the lounge there is a sofa bed provided.

Welcome pack, flowers and champagne can be arranged with prior notice and payment to ensure a memorable stay.
  • High chair and cot can be supplied free of charge, if informed before arrival. A full babysitting service is available details available on request. A lovely relaxing family holiday

I have holidayed in Tenerife a number of times, but our most recent trip staying in this lovely villa was the best of all. The view from the terrace is great and we really enjoyed being able to sit out an enjoy the surroundings, with a bottle of wine once the children had gone to bed.
The villa has everything you need for a comfortable family stay and the children absolutely loved the pool. It is very easy to get to the beach by car or on foot if you don't mind a short walk. Similarly there is a shopping centre with a supermarket and all the shops you could need a short drive or walk away.
We ate out on a number of occasions but the villa has everything you need to be able to cook all your meals at home if you wanted to.
All in all a brilliant holiday. We'll be back for sure and would highly recommend it.

Lovely relaxing holiday...........

Just to say many thanks for a lovely relaxing holiday, the villa was great and just what we need to unwind. The pool was refreshing and a nice way to cool off. The shops and restaurants were within walking distance and everything seemed extremely easy.

Have to say a big thank you to Sarah for letting us stay in her villa.
My friend and I decided to take the kids away for a holiday without our husbands and I am really glad we picked this villa.
It is in a gated community and we felt completely safe, the villa was lovely and spacious and the pool was amazing, we hardly saw the children at all.
A short walk down the hill and there was a large supermarket and plenty of places to eat.
We used the gas BBQ twice as it was easy to use and having the use of the car was a real bonus.
This is a lovely villa with all mod cons, the kitchen has everything you could want and more.
All of the rooms are light and airy and the patio area is large enough for everyone to have their sunbeds out and catch some rays.
I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a real lovely holiday, near enough to everything but also offering peace and quiet.

My wife and I found the villa very comfortable, spacious, with excellent views and adequately equipped when we stayed there in December 2009.

We would certainly give the villa our highest recommendation for anyone considering staying there.

i stayed at this villa with another couple for my 50th i could quite easy say it was my best time ever in tenerife, the villa was fantastic clean had a lovely pool and in a quiet area close to las americas i would defenately reccomend this to anyone,who loves a relaxing break in tenerife.. will be there next year. david howdle.
