2 Minute Walk to Main Square, 5 Min Drive to Beach

Superb new building of apartments located in the central Plaza de Ca Les Munnares in Pollensa. These apartments were designed with high quality materials, teak joinery, double glazing, wooden flooring, bathroom and kitchen stoneware premium, reinforced entrance door, air-conditioning and propane gas heating among other features. The penthouses are located on the second floor of the building. They have two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and one fully fitted bathroom. Open kitchen to a large lounge with big glass sliding windows. With a practical furnished terrace with sun beds and awning, a showe,r and spectacular views of the mountains and hills surrounding Pollensa, such as the 'Calvario' and 'Puig de Maria'. There is a complete laundry room and parking on the ground floor.

Pollensa: The northern most spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollensa. The town has a medieval historic quarter that sits only a flew kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea. This town, in the shadow of the Puig de Maria and Calvari, has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach. Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chic restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are a lot of art galleries and museums. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and fiestas amongst which the most famous ones are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The town is open all year round with walkers, cyclists and bird watchers taking over from the Summer tourists in the cooler months.

Notes on accommodation: The kitchen is endowed with the necessary utensils for cooking to be quick and convenient. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. In each apartment you will find tools such as the ironing board, iron, hair dryer 2000W, and hangers. The apartments have air-conditioning and heating units, and the added extra benefit of centrally heated radiators, making them ideal for stays all year round.

Accessibiliy: The building has excellent accessibility from the parking area and main entrance to the different apartments through a modern lift, which stops right outside the apartment’s entry door. The apartments have a separate ground level storage room that is suitable for buggy and bike storage.

All the apartments are very similar. Each has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with serving hatch and highchairs, a dining area and lounge. Specifically this apartment has been decorated in white with orange brush strokes, striving for a modern and functional decoration. They both have a staircase that ascends to a fully furnished terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Pollença.

A MODERN, STYLISH APARTMENT IN CENTRAL POLLENSA

The apartment is stylish, clean and comfortable and with a good modern kitchen matching up to its description. It is in a modern block, but well located in a central position in pollenca. The roof terrace has lovely views and is nice to sit out on, but has steep shiny stairs, so probably not ideal for young children or the elderly. the underground parking is also very useful, with limited on street parking but book a small hire car if you are not confident in your parking.
Pollenca is a very attractive town, with a lovely central square, good restaurants and shops. There is a nice market and lots to enjoy on the doorstep. The apartment is not a typical holiday let, but would particularly suit couples wanting a base to explore the island. It worked for us as a party of 4, allowing our teenage kids to get out and about on their own in the evenings. Porto
Pollenca is an easy 15 minute drive and has a good, safe , sandy beach, plus the area offers lots of good walking, so plenty of variety on offer. Our host Rafael, was very kind and helpful and helped make our stay a very pleasant one.

FANTASTIC!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Pollensa. These apartments are in the middle of the old town, literally a minutes walk from the main square, which has fabulous restaurants (recommend Numero Uno & Trencadora) and bars. Puerto Pollensa is a 10min drive with the famous pine walk and lovely beach. Can Picafort and Formentor are must visit beaches the latter being absolutely stunning.

The orange attic is clean, superb air condt, fully furnished terrace with a great view of the mountains and old town, wifi, 2 mins walk from several supermarkets, excellent deli and patisserie 200 yds away.... Everything on your doorstep. The underground parking is a godsend, private, secure and your car is cool every time you get in it, with a lift straight to your front door. We will definitely be back maybe next time upgrading to the purple attic which is slightly larger, having been offered a tour by Rafel who was very accommodating and helpful during our stay.

Thoroughly recommend these apartments - 5 star self catering.

Top class apartment in the heart of Pollenca. Spotless and everything was as you would want. Rafel was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was absolutely perfect in terms of location - just stroll out one block and you're in the main square. There was never any noise in the late evening / night - which considering it's central location was remarkable. When we went to the beach the main road to P.Polenca and Alcudia is only a couple of hundred metres away. This is definitely a great place to stay in every respect.

Good accommodation and perfect base for daytime excursions to local beaches and other areas of the island. The apartment is five minute stroll to the main square but also has the benefit of quieter local bars and shops nearby. The garage is a godsend once you have mastered the entrance ! EIN TOLLER URLAUB IN ORANGE ATTIC

Die Wohnung liegt in der obersten Etage (Aufzug vorhanden), mitten in der Altstadt von Pollenca, ist super eingerichtet/ausgestattet und hat eine Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick. Sie ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Eigentümer lebt im Ort, ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich umgehend. Ein kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Die Polizeistation, die auf der anderen Seite des großen Innenhofes ihr Quartier hat. Dadurch ist es nachts manchmal unruhig.
Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen und ist somit bestens versorgt. Cafés und Restaurant sind zahlreich vorhanden. Das Auto wird in der Tiefgarage deponiert, man hat also keine Parkprobleme. Der Sonntagsmarkt findet quasi vor der Tür statt und ist eine Attraktion.
Pollenca ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für viele Aktivitäten, man kann aber auch schöne Tage vor Ort verbringen. Es gibt ganz schöne Läden, in denen man stöbern und wirklich geschmackvoll einkaufen kann. Hier leben und arbeiten Mallorquiner und Urlauber finden eine geeignete Infrastruktur für ihre Bedürfnisse. Wir lieben diese kleine Stadt und kehren immer wieder zurück. Und ganz sicher wieder in diese Wohnung.

Pollensa is a peaceful and tranquil town that remains very typically Spanish. It is four miles from the coast, nestling between two hills at the eastern end of the Sierra Tramuntana mountains. Pollensa itself is indisputably pretty. Historic buildings with ochre roofs, sun-backed walls and wooden shutters line the narrow and twisting medieval streets. There are pastel-painted houses in the centre and Moorish water mills on the outskirts. It is also a haven of sleepy Mallorcan traditions - cafe life and the siesta roll on here as they always have. The heart of the old town is the central square, Placa Major, where there are many cafe-bars and fine restaurants. Pollensa also has lots of galleries of Mallorcan art and design, and town museum. The most famous walk in Pollensa is up the 365 steps of the tree lined 'Calvario' - the Calvario Hill. There is a tiny church at the top with amazing views over the town and across wooded valleys to the sea.

Golf: One mile to Pollensa’s Golf Course. It opened in 1986 and was completely renovated in 2000. The greens are kept in perfect condition. There are two lakes and lots of native vegetation, especially trees, olive trees and pines. Pollensa Golf Club offers a host of activities and services, including a driving range with putting green and launch area, a golf school with professional golf lessons. The course has nine holes, medium difficulty, and is ideal for all players. The other near by golf course is the Alcanada Golf Club, which is seven miles away. It opened in 2003, and was designed by Robert the sea.Trent Jones Junior. The highlight of the design of the course are the views of the bay of Alcudia.
