Superb new building of apartments located in the central Plaza de Ca Les Munnares in Pollensa. These apartments were designed with high quality materials, teak joinery, double glazing, wooden flooring, bathroom and kitchen stoneware premium, reinforced entrance door, air-conditioning and propane gas heating among other features. The penthouses are located on the second floor of the building. They have two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and one fully fitted bathroom. Open kitchen to a large lounge with big glass sliding windows. With a practical furnished terrace with sun beds and awning, a showe,r and spectacular views of the mountains and hills surrounding Pollensa, such as the 'Calvario' and 'Puig de Maria'. There is a complete laundry room and parking on the ground floor.

Pollensa: The northern most spurs of Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the Mallorcan town of Pollensa. The town has a medieval historic quarter that sits only a flew kilometres away from the Mediterranean sea. This town, in the shadow of the Puig de Maria and Calvari, has managed to preserve intact its personality, despite being only a short distance from the bustle of the beach. Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes and chic restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are a lot of art galleries and museums. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and fiestas amongst which the most famous ones are those which take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister. The town is open all year round with walkers, cyclists and bird watchers taking over from the Summer tourists in the cooler months.

Notes on accommodation: The kitchen is endowed with the necessary utensils for cooking to be quick and convenient. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. In each apartment you will find tools such as the ironing board, iron, hair dryer 2000W, and hangers. The apartments have air-conditioning and heating units, and the added extra benefit of centrally heated radiators, making them ideal for stays all year round.

Accessibiliy: The building has excellent accessibility from the parking area and main entrance to the different apartments through a modern lift, which stops right outside the apartment’s entry door. The apartments have a separate ground level storage room that is suitable for buggy and bike storage.

The rooms of both apartments are decorated in a modern and functional style. There are 2 bedrooms in each apartment, one of which has a large double bed, and the other has two single beds. The linen is anti-allergen (cotton sheets, synthetic duvets and pillows). The apartment consists of one fully fitted bathroom, which has been designed with high quality materials with the aim of providing a feeling of cleanliness and functionality.The kitchen is sleek and modern with elegant white fitted cupboards, and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and coffee maker, juicer, toaster. All of it to make your breakfasts as pleasant as possible! The living consists of a dining area with comfortable and stylish chairs, and a living areas with a comfortable sofa with chaise lounge, reading light, and a LCD television of 42' with DVD/DiVx/mp3/satellite. There is a wonderful roof terrace at the top of the apartment with sun beds.

This is our 3rd stay in the white attic & found it to be in the same excellent condition as before. It is great to have everything on your door step including the bakery next door & the small local bar across the street. They even let us order coffee to take up to the apartment & return the crockery later. Even managed to park the car underground when necessary.The owner Rafel is extremely helpful & friendly. We will return.

Fabulous Orange Apartment

This spotless apartment is equipped with everything you need for a lovely holiday.The roof terrace is fantastic with sun all day, and a lovely spot for breakfast.
There is your own laundry room and parking space.The lift makes carrying any luggage or shopping a breeze!
The centre of Pollensa is literally a 3 minute walk, and there is a lovely bakery downstairs. So handy for fresh bread and croissants for breakfast.
We could find no fault with this apartment and would highly recommend it. The owner Rafel was extremely helpful with local information and made the booking and arrangements very easy.

We previously visited this apartment in 2010 and it was good to find it in the same excellent condition, very clean and with a few added attention to details. It is great to find an apartment where a lot of thought has gone into the final furnishings & equipiment. Very modern & stylish.
It is an excepptionally airy compartment even in the high September temperatures we had with the benefit of a roof terrace when you want to lounge in the sun.
We had a smaller car this time which made the underground parking better, Local baker on the same block & various local cafes & deli's all close by. For coffees & a drink, these local cafes & bars away from the main the square are very inexpensive with very friendly local staff. We will re-visit again in the future.

Beautiful, modern apartment in Pollença town

We were instantly impressed with the apartment's cleanliness, modern style and decoration, but most of all, the location. There is a very spacious terrace overlooking Pollença town and an elevator which was very helpful with our luggage. The second bedroom also gave us the extra room to spread out in and store our luggage. The owner was very friendly and helpful when recommending the great restaurants and local sites to visit. The apartment is a very short walk to the main town square where there are many excellent restaurants to choose from (namely Clivia, La Posada d' Ariant, G221 and Il Giordino) as well as the Calvari steps, which are definetly worth a climb. There are many beautiful beaches in the area, Cala de Sant Vicenç being our favourite. We found a great deli called Gastronomia (opposite Eroski supermarket) with excellent food that we took to the beach!
I reccomend renting a car to explore the local beaches, light houses, caves and mountains.
I would definitely recommend Pollença to anyone looking for a quiet town with great food, nearby beaches and sites and of course a beautiful apartment to relax in. We hope to go back again some day!

Fantastic apartment in great location

The apartment was spotless, modern and well equipped. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful, giving us lots of tips on the local amenities and attractions. Location was great for looking around Pollensa and the bakery on the corner makes the best ensaimadas! The Sunday market is just around the corner. There is a handy bike shop across the square that also rents them out if you ask. Pollensa is a great base for driving out on day trips. Be warrned that some of the coast roads are not for the feint hearted, especially out to Cape Formentor.
It's been mentioned in other reviews that the car park is tight, we had a Peugeot 207 and wouldn't have wanted anything much bigger.
We would most definitely recommend this apartment.

Better view from Orange attic

Lovely apartment. Clean, fresh, modern. The air conditioning was heavenly in July. Only thing lacking is a secure internet connection which I sorely missed for running my internet business. Went to main square to get free, unsecured internet access. The appartment is in a fabulous position within the town. Post office and pasteleria shop right next door. The view directly ahead of the White attic is a wall, so the Orange attic gets more sun and a better view.

I found the access to and from the underground car park stressful, due to the short steep ramp. Very easy to scrape your car. Easier to park your car in the street, but then you have trouble finding a space as the town is very congested. However, it was never more than a short walk away.

Having stayed in Puerto Pollensa almost annually for 50 years, it made a nice change to stay in Pollensa itself. The shops are much nicer than the Puerto although there is a sameness about many of the jewellery shops as so much is being imported. I loved the sound of the church bell striking and the swallows which darted around the balcony. Although the evening life is busy, it feels more authentically Spanish than the Puerto, perhaps because the shops still close for siesta time!

I would hghly recommend the apartment to anyone that doesn't feel it necesssary to have a swimming pool or a beach within walking distance. It is easy to access the walk up Puig Maria if you feel so inclined and with easy storage of a bicycle in the wash room area, it is a good base for cycling around the island.

Pollensa is a peaceful and tranquil town that remains very typically Spanish. It is four miles from the coast, nestling between two hills at the eastern end of the Sierra Tramuntana mountains. Pollensa itself is indisputably pretty. Historic buildings with ochre roofs, sun-backed walls and wooden shutters line the narrow and twisting medieval streets. There are pastel-painted houses in the centre and Moorish water mills on the outskirts. It is also a haven of sleepy Mallorcan traditions - cafe life and the siesta roll on here as they always have. The heart of the old town is the central square, Placa Major, where there are many cafe-bars and fine restaurants. Pollensa also has lots of galleries of Mallorcan art and design, and town museum. The most famous walk in Pollensa is up the 365 steps of the tree lined 'Calvario' - the Calvario Hill. There is a tiny church at the top with amazing views over the town and across wooded valleys to the sea.

Golf: One mile to Pollensa’s Golf Course. It opened in 1986 and was completely renovated in 2000. The greens are kept in perfect condition. There are two lakes and lots of native vegetation, especially trees, olive trees and pines. Pollensa Golf Club offers a host of activities and services, including a driving range with putting green and launch area, a golf school with professional golf lessons. The course has nine holes, medium difficulty, and is ideal for all players. The other near by golf course is the Alcanada Golf Club, which is seven miles away. It opened in 2003, and was designed by Robert the sea.Trent Jones Junior. The highlight of the design of the course are the views of the bay of Alcudia. Alcanada Golf Club is the only golf course in Mallorca which is next to the sea
