2 bedroom to sleep 4 in quiet country location with good road access

Capel Ucha was rebuilt in 2008 to a high standard with oak staircase, floor and doors. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with the shower room and the utility room. The Cottage is centrally heated and upstairs the spacious lounge with wooden beams is equipped with TV with Freeview channels, DAB radio, DVD,CD. Books and games

The kitchen - dining area is fully equipped with cooker, Microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The utility room has washing machine for guest use.

The property is fully fitted with up to date fire alarms.

Outside the garden is available for guests to use the garden furniture and barbecue.

One hundred yards up the lane are public footpaths giving access to gentle relaxing walks and more strenuous mountain hikes to the high peaks of Snowdonia.

Nearest Airport : Manchester at 90 Miles
Nearest Beach : beach at 1 Miles
Car: recommended

Sited on a country lane with easy walks from the cottage to village shops and beach. On the edge of Snowdonia National Park the mountains of the Carneddi Range, with its famous wild ponies, can be reached without transport.

North Wales Coast attractions, The Castles of Conwy and Caernafon, the resort towns of Llandudno and Betws y Coed and the steam railways at Caernarfon and Portmadoc are all within reach by car.

Llanfairfechan has a clean, safe and sandy beach and the town has two well stocked stores and a selection of Public house/restaurants and takeaways.

We had a really enjoyable time in this cottage. It is really well equipped and furnished. It was spotless and there is everything you could need. The rooms are big, the beds are comfy and the views from the garden are stunning! It is in good location to explore Snowdonia.

stayed in the cottage over the Easter weekend and had a great time. Cottage is in an ideal spot, really peaceful, even the dog loved it, will definitely be booking again. Owner Tom was very helpful and only a stones throw away, loved every minute of it.

A wonderful place to stay if you want some peace and quiet, I stayed there last summer with my 10 year old child, Mother and our dog. It was the best place I have ever stayed by far, so much so I have tried to book again. The property is imaculate not one fault at all. Owner is at hand if you need anything (not that we did) an absolute pleasure to stay there. Clean, fresh, tidy, so well equiped with everything you would need. My Son loved it too.

I stayed there in the summer with my 10 year old son and mother plus the dog and we all loved it. So clean tidy everything was fantastic. It is a wonderful quiet tranquil place with easy Car access to anywhere. We loved walking with the dog in the mornings and the views were fantastic. Will definately go again

A fab cottage with a helpful owner

This cottage is wonderful, its a great getaway cottage and has been lovingly restored. the rooms were ample space for my family, and my pet! the property was very clean and furnished to a very high standard. The owner provided everything we needed( even wellys, which i forgot) and was always on hand to provide assistance should we have needed it.
The views are amazing to wake up to, and i particulary enjoyed a early morning stroll with my dog to take in more stunning views.

The cottage is situated in a quite spot and we found we could easily travel to attractions not far from it.
perfect for children, familys( and pets) adventurers or those that like to take it easy..
