3 Bedroom villa to sleep up to 8 with private swimming pool

The “Agrilides Villas” opened in May of 2009 and are comprised of two newly built traditional luxurious villas, with independent swimming pools and they are located on a 1 acre garden. Each villa has two levels that are connected with a wooden interior staircase and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The 1st floor features an open plan kitchen-dining room-living room with a fireplace and additionally, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms either have a double bed or two single beds and air-conditioning. The living room on the 1st floor can easily accommodate 2 extra persons, since the sofa is easily converted into a double bed. All areas feature independent heating (radiators) and air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in electrical appliances (stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven etc.), cookware and other appliances (toaster, coffee-maker, boiler, juice-maker, etc.).

The Agrilides Villas are located on the island of Lefkada, in the area of Agia Marina in the heart of the olive grove of Lefkada with a lovely sea view.They are only 400m (1,312 ft) from the famous beach of Agios Ioannis, awarded the Blue Flag each year, a beach ideal for aquatic activities (wind surfing, kite surfing, etc.). The Agrilides Villas are easily accessible since they located just 1km (3,280ft) from the entrance and town of Lefkada. Given their location, they offer their guests the option of choosing among the many sites of interest of the surrounding area – ideal for long walks or bicycling – and the greater area of Lefkada, given that the island’s main roads are easily accessible from the villas.The lush green garden and surrounding environment creates a cool, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We stay one week at Agrilides houses on June and our stay was wonderful.
The house is beautiful!! Good furnished, it is very clean. garden well neat.The house is near a great and wonderful free beach which can be reached by the bicycle supplied by the house.
But the most important thing is the kindness, the hospitality of the owners whci we want to thank you. They are always present to solve any problems or to help the guests.
We liked the house so much that the next June we will come back!!!
