A luxury detached villa built in the Nubian style, with vaulted and domed ceilings and marble floors throughout. It has a master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and open onto terraces which overlook the pool and the lagoon. The main bathroom is close to the 2 bedrooms and has large shower, washbasin and toilet. Kitchen has marble worksurfaces and is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster dishwasher and water cooler. Dining area has large circular table which seats 6. Lounge has a high domed ceiling with large settees and chair, coffee table, bookcase, TV and DVD player. Also portable CD player and radio. Utility room has washing machine, wash hand basin, iron and ironing board. The main terrace has large table which seats 6. The pool deck pergola has 2 low Egyptian style settees to relax on in the warm evenings. Large marble BBQ with wash basin and bar.
Villa clean and tidy, the hosts that meet you are very obliging, caring and also want the best for you on your holiday. They give you good helpful information.There is not anything that you could want that they will not try and do for you. Really situated well with most things you could want to do within easy access. The gardener and pool man also very polite and obliging, even putting my rubbish out for me. Everybody and everything made us feel so special for the time we stayed.We have been to several areas in Egypt but this was one of our best holidays. We shall certainly be going back to the same villa.

The villa is lovley, and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect, on the end of the "row" with outmost privacy.West golf is a very calm area, with beautiful surroundings and it is in the same time very central.
Only minus for the winter season is that the pool is not heated, so we did not make much use of it.
The pictures on the advertisement does not to the villa any justice :) We were sceptical to the standard of the villa, and were positivly surprised upon arrival(it is usually the opposite).
Very spacious house and property, very clean and well-maintained :)
As we took a look around, we found this villa to be a better option than the other villas we have been considering to rent in the same area(the other villas were slightly smaller, the property was not by far as well mentained and they were a lot more expensive as well!)
We would definetly rent again.
