Evelyn went above and beyond with her care of us. She kindly met us the day of our arrival and warmly invited us into this lovely property. She was available to answer any questions or concerns we had with a happy heart.
Some of our favorite qualities in The Playfair Garden Apartment were the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful garden out the bedroom doors. The flat is tastefully decorated with enough room for two people to enjoy it's use. The kitchen has everything needed to create simple meals, including a range, stove, microwave, pots/pans, and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a lovely shower with great water pressure! And the mattress and linen were perfect. We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.
We would be happy to stay at the Playfair Garden Apartment again should we be so fortunate to visit Edinburgh again! Thank you Evelyn for helping to make our week in Edinburgh a good experience.
I don't think I've ever slept so well. My husband and I were working in Edinburgh for the week, it was perfect.
I stayed here New Years Eve 2010... and I can wait to go back, if I could I would buy it!! Its just gorgeous even though it is in Edinburgh Town, it's so quiet!!!! It's a beautful apartment, and hoping to return in a few weeks time.
We stayed in this apartment the week of our wedding, it was lovely, very clean, spacious and modern. It has a little kitchen, that has everything you need, a lovely bathroom and a dressing room as well as a large living space. I got ready for my wedding here with my girlfiends, while my husband was at his parents and it was perfect, lot's of space and bright for photo's. There are quite a few steps down to the apartment but even getting up and down the stairs in a full wedding dress was not a problem. We would stay here again without a doubt - it is a romantic hideway and perfect for visiting Edinburgh.
