We live in Nice and we wil welcome you
When our son wil grow up we will live in this place ...we love it.
Very quiet in the center of everything so peacefull.
Me, my husband, our three year old daughter and both of our mothers stayed in this cosy apartment for 10 days. We were met by the most welcoming woman that helped us settle in and get all the necessary information. In this apartment you will find everything you need. It's close to everything, in the middle of beautiful vibrant old town, with all it's little boutiques, cafes and restaurant. right around the corner is the bus stop to go Monaco or better yet Villefranche-sur-mer with it's little beach. We will definetly go back and would recomend it to anybody. Isabelle has been great from first contact til the last. Always doing his best to help us. Outstanding service! Thank you!
We loved the apartment, so well arranged and perfectly located in the Nice old town. It takes only 5 minutes to walk down to the beach and on the other side - the same 5 minutes to get to live and bustling old town's streets, yet the street the place is located is very quiet. There are lots of places around to go out for a nice meal in the evening and so there is a shop and take away on the corner. The kitchen is well equipped and one has all the chances to prepare a nice dinner in.
The flat is also perfectly located for going sightseeing around the coast. There is a bus station nearby and only 15 minutes walk to the Nice railway station.
In the house, lots of guides and leaflets can be found.
Big plus is also wireless internet available in the flat.
We felt very welcome and had amazing holidays, thank you so much!
It is my last night in Nice and I am sitting on the balcony overlooking the dome of the cathedral and reminiscing at my time here in Nice. The apartment is exactly what we had hoped for and exactly as it is described on this page. Homely, comfortable, tasteful and with a beautiful view in the heart Nice's old town.
We have had some wonderful day trips to Monaco, Villefranch Sur Mer, La Mala, Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence and could easily spend another week here. Being so close to the train station and the bus lines has made the day trips really easy. The old town of Nice has been a real highlight too... and we are right in the heart of it here.
Also... we've been able to save a lot of money by cooking at home many of the nights we've been here.... allowing us to live it up when we're out! There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby and also, lots of places to buy food / ingredients if you want to eat at home. The local boulangeries are delicious!
Isabelle and Robert are really friendly and met us the day we arrived. They gave us lots of ideas about what to do during our stay. Very welcoming, relaxed and hospitable hosts with a healthy pride for their beautiful region.
I should warn you though... the apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift, so if you find stairs difficult, this is not the place for you.
I really recommend this apartment and can't wait to come back again... it already feels like a home away from home.
My husband and I stayed for one week in this charming old world apartment. With two rooms, a bath, a small terrace, and it's attic location, it is very French! It is on the fifth floor in a largely pedestrian area and so is quiet yet convenient to everything in Old Nice. There is a fabulous bakery on the corner (think fresh pastry every morning) plus candy shops, cafes and restaurants literally right out the door. The Nice market, mostly produce and foods, with a day set aside for antiques and books, is just a short walk. Good public transportation is available. The beachside promenade is just two blocks and provides all sorts of people watching opportunities. U.S. travelers should know that linens and towels must be ordered separately and one is expected to leave the place swept and cleaned. The owners, Isabelle and Robert, met us the first day and were very helpful. If you are looking for a real Nice experience, and can handle the flights of stairs, this is the place! Oh, and best of all, the view from the terrace at night is fabulous: one can see the hillside park with the massive waterfall all lit up in the distance.
Nous avons profité une belle periode dans cette trés jolie et trés charmant l´ appartement, gros merci à Isabelle&Robert!
