In a new renovated and luxury building, apartment, 55sqm with 15sqm private sunny terrace facing to the Mediterranean sea from the living room and the bedroom. First line of the sea. We provide 2 sun beds to enjoy from the wide terrace the fabulous views. Common areas in the Holiday complex: pool with sunbeds, solarium and grass garden. Air conditioning and heating. Modern and new furniture and high quality equipment. Plasma TV in living room and bedroom. Perfect for couples or families of four people. upon request extra single bed is supplied. Also additional babies equipment is available (cradle, high chair,.....)

Not far away local markets, fairs, and popular feasts during all year. Palma aquarium, museums, hand craft shops, aquatic activities you will find anything!!!! . When you feel like swimming in our warm sea you just have to cross the quite promenade where also you can enjoy a relaxing walk or practice some sport (jogging, cycling,...)

We had great holidays in the beautiful apartment. It's all there what you need. The location is great, right on the beach. The apartment has modern furnishings and the contact with the owner is great. We were already the 3rd Time here and like to come back.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, super platziert, super ausgestattet mit alles was man brauchen könnte (von Kaffe bis Waschmittel war schon sehr vieles da). Gleich am Strand, Supermarkt in der nähe, die Stadt Palma ist auch sehr leicht mit Bus zu erreichen,WIFI. Wir sind zum Fussball EM Zeit dort gewesen und es waren wirklich viele betrunkene am Strand, die wir auch gehört haben ...na ja...eben Ballerman :). Sonst ist der Strand wirklich schön und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass ausserhalb der Hauptsaison nicht so zu geht...Der Pool unten hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen weil so hatten wir auch ein Bisschen Ruhe..
Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette Person.
In große und ganze würde ich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

It was our first holiday in Mallorca, and we sure had a great and relaxing time! We stayed in the apartmernt on the fifth floor and view was so awsome that it is almost difficult to find right words for it. The whole building was very peaceful and clean and so was the apartment, too. Pool was great and there were enough sun beds around it. The owner of the apartment was nice, friendly and helpful, which made the holiday even better. I can totally recommend this apartment to everybody, who wants to experience a peaceful, relaxing and memorable holiday in Mallorca!

It was the perfect stay for our family on the beach of Mallorca. The apartments are in excellent condition and directly on the beach. For us - with a little girl - was it the best place for making holiday and we want to come back.
the owner is very very friendly and it was a pleasure for us to meet Elva.
We recommend the both apartments from Elva at all points.

We stayed in this apartment (5th floor) for a week in july 2011 and it was perfect for a family of two adults and a child, 20 months. Great balcony with view, air condition and a nice pool. I dont find the area very charming though, almost only german people and a lot of drunk youths, but that may also be the timing. If you want to stay at the beach close to Palma, I think all the places are more or less the same. But the people were nice, the beach is great and it was not too hot because of the wind. The owner is very sweet and helpful in all ways. Will highly recomend the apartment!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
