2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4-6, large living area, with private outdoor area

This beautiful and newly refurbished apartment, is ideally positioned for easy access to both the beach and the city centre. The apartment comes fully equipped for comfort and relaxation. Fitted with a TV and DVD to enhance your viewing pleasure. All bedrooms include chests of drawers and wardrobes. The fully equipped, modern kitchen comes complete with Oven and hob, large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, coffee machine, Kettle,Toaster and Sufficient Cutlery and Crockery. There are also plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils,and ironing board and iron. The outside allows for 6 people to comfortably enjoy the outdoor living experience which comes complete with a BBQ area. The lounge comes complete with 2 double sofa beds allowing for up to 6 persons to share the apartment.

Cleaning: The final clean of the apartment is included in the price, however we do reserve the right to withhold part of the breakages deposit if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.

The apartment is located in a small cosy village type location but can be reached within 5 minutes of arriving at the airport. A choice of lovely beaches are within a short 5 minute walk of the apartment, passing through a selection of good value restaurants and bars. More bars and restaurants can also be found directly on the beach itself. Also found within the immediate area are a wide selection of shops and boutiques. The beautiful city of Palma, with its most famous landmark the Gothic Cathedral, can be reached by bus in 10 minutes or 5 minutes by car. There you will find the hub of Majorca’s transport system,Plaza España, with buses and trains that serve the whole of the island. At the beach there is a beautiful walking and cycling route along the seaside which goes all the way till the end of Palma,or to Arenal.

At the first corner in the street of the apartment,there is an internet-bar,and at the beach is a WI-FI zone

Notes

  • We do not like to surprise our guests with additional fees for things like the final clean or for having more than 2 people in the properties. Therefore the prices you see are the prices you pay!

    Payments can be received in either UK pounds or Euro currency. Deposit payments can be received by Pay pal, Credit card (through Pay pal) or bank transfers.

    Nightly rate correct for 3 night stay. For stays of longer than one week please contact me for a price.
    For stays of 4, 5 or 6 nights please contact me for a price.
  • A 250 Euro breakages deposit is also payable on arrival. This will be returned, less the cost of breakages or losses, on the day of your departure. The final clean is included in the rental cost, however if the apartment is found to require an excessive amount of cleaning we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning charge from the breakages deposit, We would recommend that sufficient travel insurance is taken out, which will cover you in these eventualities.

    We do not accept large, all male groups.

the house is really nice, spacious and fully furnished with every comfort.
Also the terrace is very comfortable: we use to stay there quite all the time.
The area is pretty quiet and you can easily go to palma city or to the beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Lovely apartment - excellent location

My sister, friend and I stayed at the apartment for one week. The apartment is only 10 minutes from Palma in a lovely town. You hardly see any tourists so it is a great place to stay if you really want to get away. There are local shops and the beach is within easy walking distance. The airport is only a 5 minute drive and so is the supermarket. The owner is extremely helpful if you have any queries before and during your stay. The apartment itself is a good size and the outside patio is spacious and great for al fresco dining. The apartment is very good value especially if you have two plus people staying there. I would highly recommend booking it!

Estuve en mayo con una amiga,y la verdad es para recomendar,el piso esta barbaro!
Tiene todas los comodidades,ademas se encuentra a 10 min.andando de la playa de Ciudad Jardin,que es una playa tranquila
y limpia,con muchos bares para salir de cañas,y si te apetece ir a Palma,hay varias lineas de autobus que te dejan en 10 a 15min.
Y si sales de marcha un taxi te deja de vuelta por 10euros.
Y aunque nosotras eramos 2,entran como 6 personas comodas.

Nous avons passé 8 jours en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants) dans cet appartement spacieux, bien aménagé, propre et situé idéalement au calme hors du centre tout en étant bien desservi par les bus. La grande terrasse est agréable.
L'accueil est très sympathique avec des denrées de première nécessité à l'arrivée.
Les courses en grande surface et la plage peuvent se faire à pied.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille et nous y retournerions volontiers!

Beyond expetation, very nice and clean well placed house. all equipement available with good spaced livingroom. beaches are closeby with nice bars and restaurants. supermarkets for daily grocery and local bakkery with internet at the corner. would come back defenitly at this place. nice owners, very helpful!
