This absolutely luxurious&stunning Beachside Villa, situated in the famous Oasis Club, offers 250 sqm of living space on 2 1/2 levels. The south-facing villa has its own private beautifully maintained garden and is the only one with private pool -heated! The Club itself has beautiful gardens carefully looked after and a fantastic community pool facing the sea. The villa has just been completely refurbished and completely new decorated to absolutely highest luxurious standards with fantastic new designer furniture. All rooms have floor-to ceiling patio-doors -so very sun-filled. 3 luxurious new bathrooms, a fantastic new kitchen, all the furniture, bedlinen... in other words EVERYTHING inside and outside the house-is brand new. From the upper wooden terrace you have uninterrupted, spectacular seaviews. The golden, sandy beaches are just 10 meters from your doorstep. A truly magnificent setting and for sure the best place of all in Oasis Club! The standard of this villa is uncomparable!

Totally Luxurious fantastic villa

Fantastic beautiful villa in the absolutely best area of Marbella with direct access to the beach. You will not get closer to the beach in the Costa del Sol than this development and this property has been refurbished to an extremely high standard. Even the sun loungers on the roof terrace are top of the range.

Booking was professionally managed by Helga who was able to deal with all our requirements and responded to all our queries very promptly and was there to greet us at the agreed time.

A car is probably required if you wish to go further than Puerto Banus which is easily walkable in around 15 mins Marbella Town is longer.

Yes it is expensive however you get what you pay for.

We will definitely return .

We more than enjoyed our holidays!!!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in that beautiful villa which is really charming and more than comfortable. Everything was great, our kids enjoyed the private pool, we relaced on the roof terrace with magnificent sea views. All facilities are top. The beach is directly in front of the door and you can do your morning jogging or take a sundowner with seaview. We will definitely come back!

The villa was nice enough in a quiet location. Much further away from amenities than we anticipated.... A car is essential!
Although the details state that two of the bedrooms have TVs only 1 (master) has one.
The electricity problem is a bit of a nightmare...can only operate a couple of things at a time or everything trips!
The promenade leading to Puerto Banus and Marbella is lovely and if you like shabby 'simple' chic Victors, just along the beach, is nice.
The villa is for 6 people but only has sunbeds for 4! (2 nice comfy ones and 2 basic) didn't quite understand why... We booked it because it had a private pool... we wanted privacy so didnt want to use the communal pool just to have more beds!!
Beach was ok but deserted due to jelly fish everywhere.
Did enjoy it although didn't think it was worth the money!

Owner's Response: "The villa was nice enough in a quiet location" - Here we need to say that it is after all the Golden Mile, the most exclusive beachfront area in Marbella, next to the Puente Romano/ Marbella club Hotel. Only a handful of Urbanizations along the coast have such direct access to the beach front and the Promenade, to some this is the most appealing feature, to other it seems quite because it is that exclusvie.Much further away from amenities than we anticipated.... "A car is essential! " - The details recommend a car though not essential as evening dining in Marbella old town and Puerto Banus is better by Taxi and more convenient. A Car is to take in the many sights of Andalusia. "Although the details state that two of the bedrooms have TVs only 1 (master) has one. " They do not say that! "The electricity problem is a bit of a nightmare...can only operate a couple of things at a time or everything trips!" - We are sorry for the Spanish system, but it does work very well as long as people understand that 3 air-con units, Pool pumps, Dryers and washings all on at the one time can cause problems but that they are easily solved by switching off before switching on another. Its not as bad as they say. "The promenade leading to Puerto Banus and Marbella is lovely and if you like shabby 'simple' chic Victors, just along the beach, is nice." - One of the last Chiringuitos, (Beach Bars) and very much part of Spanish life, loved by most for what they are and Victors is over 40 years old. Calling it Shabby is a little harsh. " The villa is for 6 people but only has sunbeds for 4! (2 nice comfy ones and 2 basic) didn't quite understand why... We booked it because it had a private pool... we wanted so didnt want to use the communal pool just to have more beds!! " - 2 more sun beds are available for the villa but were never asked for. " Beach was ok but deserted due to jelly fish everywhere. " The beach is one of the most attractive and secluded on the coast. A most sought after attribute. Last year we had about 1 week of problems with jelly fish which can happen in any holiday resort. It was due to very dry weather and no rain water draining from the rivers into the sea. Tortoise feed on Jelly Fish and keep the levels low, but under these conditions they do not feed and the levels rose. The Coast Guards dealt very swiftly with the problem by engaging the help of local fishermen who netted the jelly fish and brought them out to sea and released them.

This luxurious oceanside villa is situated in the Oasis Club - a private and exclusive club with only 30 villas, directly on the beach, between Puerto Banus and Marbella, on the famous 'Golden Mile'. Probably the best location on the Costa del Sol. The villa faces South and from the magnificent roof terrace you have spectacular sea views.

Puerto Banus is only a 10 minutes walk on the beach or 3 minutes by car. Several restaurants just 5 minutes walk. Marbella can be reached by walking along the promenade (25 minutes) or by car (5 min). You are in the middle of golfer´s paradise. The nearest golf club is less than a mile away and all the famous golf courses are within easy reach. Rental car is recommended. Also there are numerous places of historical interest near by like the Moorish City of Granada with its Alhambra Palaces and gardens (1,5 hrs drive), Sevilla, birthplace of Flamenco dance&music (1,5 hrs drive), Sierra Nevada, Europe´s sunniest ski resort (45 minutes from Granada

Ceiling to floor panoramic windows in all bedrooms so all rooms sun-filled and with best views. All rooms south orientation and towards sea and beaches. Bedroom ground floor has direct access and views to garden and private pool with heating for winter stays!! First bedroom upper floor with panoramic windows and seaviews and access to garden and upper terrace (stairs). Second bedroom upper floor has large panoramic windows and access to private terrace with wooden floor. Both terraces have awnings and brand new (like everything in this house), very tasteful garden furniture. 1 bedroom with flatscreen TVs (sat TV- no Sky TV since January 2014 though!).
