A stunning detached villa (3/4 bedrooms) with a private pool and extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is at the end of a private road. Each bedroom has a private balcony and two of the bedrooms have sea views. The property is nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac which is only accessible to residents, and comes with parking. Within a stone throws distance is the Biosfera shopping centre, (7 min walk), the beach (10 min walk) and a collection of bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, hairdressers, and supermarkets all within a 300m walk from the property. The golf course is less than 5 minutes drive away, and a tennis club 250 m away (visitors welcome). There is a barbecue and patio table and chairs with parasol. sun loungers and pool-side shower.

The property boasts all mod-cons including satellite TV, CD and DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a safe for personal belongings in the main bedroom.

Points to note: this property is in excellent condition set in a peaceful tranquil location, yet within easy walking distance of everything the resort has to offer. It is an absolute 'home from home' and all beds are extremely comfort, with excellent quality bedlinen and towels supplied. Cots, high chairs, etc, can be arranged for hire at a nominal cost. Just bring your clothes and have a really enjoyable, relaxing, comfortable holiday.

From then minute we arrived we had a fantastic time, the villa was absolutely stunning, everything you needed was there it was like home from home, the top of the list had to be the pool, our neice would have been in there 24/7 if we had let her, it is situated in a very nice residential area with all ameneties on the doorstep in between the old town and the new it couldn`t of been more perfect 10 mins either way, Maritonis and the Tavern Inn do excellent meals reasonably priced, if you want something a bit more up market round the harbour was lovely but a little bit more expensive but very nice. The owner Fred was very helpful from when we booked until we came home, as our flight wasn`t until 7.30pm let us stay in the villa until we needed to go to the airport ( so no hanging about with cases ). So thanks again Fred, look forward to booking again in the future

Home From Home

We spent 2 great weeks in this villa, it really was a home from home everything we needed was at hand. The villa is very clean, tidy and spacious with a great pool - the pictures really don't do it justice. It has a brilliant location but still very private in its own gated community.

I would highly recommend this villa, the owners Fred and Karen were very helpful with all our questions, which put our mind at ease as this is the first time we have rented a villa and it won't be the last!

Tony and Tina the people who look after the villa, arrived on our first morning to introduce themselves and answer any questions we had, we found this very useful as we were not sure of the area etc.

Excellent Villa and superb value for money

An excellent value and well equipped villa which is close to restaurants,bars and also the beach. The supermarkets all have fresh produce with the Spar being the best.

The Red Crab restaurant in the old town is well worth a visit and also the Chinese and new Italian which makes it's own fresh pasta in the old town are also excellent.

We used the villa as a base for our Cycling training camp for the week. With perfect riding right out the private drive.

The pool is just the right size for cooling off after a hot day.

Highly recommended.

Hi Fred
Just had to drop you a note to say how great our stay was. Your villa is comfortable, homely and looks great. Our son enjoyed the pool and quite a few BBQ's were had! It was our first time staying in a villa and certainly won't be the last think we're hooked. And to top it off Lanzarote is lovely we enjoyed how quiet it is in January and the weather was good to us too, I can see us returning next winter. We tried some restaurants you recommended and Cafe Ol La is a must for everyone to go to even if its just to take photos! Rent a Car round the corner from villa is cheap to much better than the bus trips! Thanks Again

Perfect Holiday in a fantastic villa

we found the villa to be fantastic, in an excellent location with all the facilities needed to enjoy and have a relaxing time. The property is very well maintained & the pool was perfect size. Fred, thank you for giving us the extra detail about our location, we tried several of the restaurants you mentioned & even had a bbq ourselves couple of times - i hope to return here again & again!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
