Situated right in the centre of Marbella this is a superb location right between the main street, Old Town and the sea.

The Park on the main street with the fountains and colourfully tiled seats is right beside us ,Sunday afternoons very often feature local Flamenco competitions here,

Marbella is famous for its beautiful Old Town with narrow winding streets, designer shops, romantic restaurants and the stunning Orange Square.

We are in a fabulous location, between the old town and the sea,. La Torre de Marbella is situated directly opposite the El Fuerte hotel entrance. To the side of the Alamada Park , which fronts onto the main street ,Avendia Richardo Soriano It is the Park with the fountains and beautiful old tiled seats , we are on the opposite side to where the horse drawn carriage line up is.

The beach is just 75 metres away. So we really have the best of both worlds!

As we are close to the Marbella Marina a trip to Puerto Manus by the hourly ferry is a must! Arrive in the Port by sea as the huge motor cruisers and ocean going yachts do!

    To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments can be accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer we are also authorised to accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. whichever is most convenient for you.
    Utilities, VAT,TAXES, Final Cleaning, etc .ARE ALL INCLUDED but we do require a 100 euro damage deposit.


    Bank Holidays have a €50 surcharge.

Just home after staying in this beautiful little apartment and we absolutely loved it. It has been newly renovated and re-decorated to the highest standard with air-con. and has a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is compact but has everything one would need.Its location is right in the centre of Marbella only minutes from the sea front and the old town. These apartments have 24 hr reception with helpful staff especially Juan who has excellent english. We would highly recommend this little gem of a studio and we will definately be back.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

My fiancé and I stayed at this apartment for 11 days and we had a great time! Best location, so close to the beach, to old town, to markets, to the boardwalk, movie theatre.

The apartment had everything we needed. Perfect place in Marbella. Hope to go back sometime and would highly recommend it to anyone :)

We were delighted with the above accommodation we had in Marbella. The location is absolutely perfect and the promenade, Old Town, local buses, taxis and food markets are only a few yards away. The local buses are really cheap and we managed to visit Puerto Banus, Estepona, Mijas, Ojen and Fuengerola without going to the main bus station located two miles away.

We also liked the view from the balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast and the sunsets.

The place is well managed, clean, and the reception staff are always helpful.

There is a good restaurant in the same block called El Capitan which is very good. There are more good restaurants and bars in the promenade.

You can have free internet access by going into the Orange Square in the Old town
which is three minutes away. If you want to print your boarding pass there is also an internet cafe opposite El Capitan Restaurant and it will cost just one euro.

We will be happy to recommend the place to anyone interested in staying in Marbella. It is a very nice. clean town with excellent facilities.

We loved the location of the studio just a short hop from the beach and within walking distance of so many marvellous restaurants. The apartment was comfy,very clean and well kitted with all the necessary appliances. We particularly liked the great shower pressure,The balcony though small provided us with sea,city and mountain views.As it is east facing we enjoyed breakfast in the sun for the week.Would highly recommend for an affordable break in Marbella
