We had a marvelous time in this house. We were a group of two families: 4 adults, 4 children ranging in age from 6 to 11 years old. It is ideally located for a country house, in the middle of Holland, in close proximity to numerous locations that cater both to adults and children, only a 30 minute drive from the house such as the Kroller Muller museum or the monkey park. The village is cute, supermarket is in close driving distance. The owner is very accomodating and went out of her way to organize an emergency dentist visit for us, which we could not have accomplished being in a foreign country, not speaking Dutch. The house is modern, decorated with artistic taste, with a calm Japanese style garden and all electrical appliances well maintained and working well. There is ample kitchen space, very large dining table, wifi and kids electronic games etc. One word though: for those with difficulties walking up stairs such toddlers, older individuals or individuals with disabilities, all bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs have a small portion with no railing (concern for mobile babies only). The house is very clean. Owner insists on guests removing all leftover food so the kitchen is devoid of any spices, salt, oil, coffee or sugar though all is easily bought in the nearby supermarket.
