Superbly located in the heart of the old town in Palma, near to the renown ramblas, Avenida Jaime and the magnificent thirteenth Century Cathedral. Chic restaurants, tapas bars and boutique shops in one of the finest shopping centres in Europe are on your doorstep.With 3 different terraces with views over the citty, enjoy evening cocktails on your private terrace whilst soaking up the cosmopolitan atmosphere of beautiful Palma.

Next to'Mercat de l'Olivar' Palma’s largest and most famous market, you will find fresh juicy tomatoes, freshly caught fish and so many other things. You will have problems deciding whether to stay, at home to cook in the space fully equiped kitchen with the fantastic views to Bellver Catell,or go out to all the great restaurants.

This 70m2 roof top apartment, located in a historic corner building dated from 1800c., has been recently full restored. The Mallorquin style has been conserved.It's situated in a typical Mallorquin square very bright and sunny.

Next to the Sant Miquel Church, all tourist attractions are in easy reach only at 5 minutes walking to the main rail and bus station. The morning market, Mercat Olivar on Plaça Olivar, is the best place for fresh produce. In the same street you will find some of the local artists and arts and crafts. Also look out for traditional Mallorquian shops, and boutiques in the area.The Town Hall is close in the area 5 minutes walking, and the cathedral is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment as is the parliament and house of government. The lovely sandy Playa de Palma beach is 40 minute walking from the apartment. The theatre, museums, art galleries and the night live restaurants and bars are also within easy reach.

This apartment was recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint.
It's ideally located to explore the city and the shops are on your doorstep. Be aware that there are a couple flights of stairs but anyone with children can leave prams in a safe cupboard on the first floor.
We didn't get chance to use the roof terrace because it was March but it would be fantastic for the summer months.
Carolina, the landlord was more than accommodating and had some water and snacks for us on arrival.
We will be staying here again next year.

A perfect base in palma

If you're looking for a place to stay in Palma then I can't recommend this apartment enough! We got the bus to plaza espana from the airport and the apartment is an easy 5 minute walk from there. It's situated on a main, pedestrianised shopping street so there are shops, bars and restaurants on the door step. The location is just fantastic!

The apartment itself is on the 4th floor and up stairs (no lift) - however this just worked the ice cream off from the shop downstairs! The apartment is clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor terraces are sun traps and as we were lucky with the weather we enjoyed sitting out in the sun there.

Carolina was great to deal with, always replying to emails and phone calls straight away. If we ever decide to take another city break to Palma we would love to stay here again!
