This 70m2 roof top apartment, located in a historic corner building dated from 1800c., has been recently full restored. The Mallorquin style has been conserved.It's situated in a typical Mallorquin square very bright and sunny.
We are a couple, Caroline and Peter. We love to travel freely, so we like to meet people eager to discover new cities. We believe that this apartment has a perfect location and amenities for any traveler at an affordable price. I am an artist and my husband is a lawyer, so between the two of us we maintain a good balanced team ;-)

A great apartment with terraces to sit out and relax . The location in the old town of Palma is very central too and is close to the main shopping, the market, and cafes and restaurants . A very enjoyable stay there !
Had a great stay with my two teenage daughters. Nice and clean apartement in a perfect location. Great terraces for eating, sunbathing and just watching people walking past on the street below.
Wir haben mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern einen einwöchigen Urlaub in Mallorca gemacht. Wir lieben Palma, daher haben wir uns dieses sehr schöne Apartment mitten in der Stadt gemietet. Das Apartment ist, wie in den Bildern zu sehen, schön eingerichtet, man hat Fenster in drei Himmelsrichtungen. Es gibt zwei schöne Terrassen und einen Balkon, z.B. um die Wäsche zu trocknen. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf den Terassen zu frühstücken oder zu Abend zu essen, bei Ausblick auf die historischen Gebäude. Die Abwicklung war vorbildlich und sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden das Apartment immer weiter empfehlen. Die Nähe zur Markthalle (150m) macht Freude, weil man zum Frühstück oder Abendessen die schönsten Spezialitäten jeden Tag frisch einkaufen kann. Das Apartment liegt, wie beschrieben, in der vierten Etage, das ist für junge sportliche Eltern wie uns kein Problem. Man muss natürlich wissen, ob man das mag.
Just back from here and can't rate it highly enough! The location is great, very central. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Outside space makes it perfect!! Will definitely use it again for our girls weekend
We loved the Appartment - it is furnished and decorated light, airy and modern. And everything is very clean. Right on lively pedestrian Calle San Miguel with all the Shopping possibilities, quiet at night and within walking distance to the old part of town with all the Restaurants. It was so nice to sit on one of the roof terrasses at sunset, you almost forget you are in the middle of a town.
Perfect is also the very short distance to the mercat olivar and the placa espana with Bus and Train connections to everywhere on mallorca. You really do not need a Car, when you stay here.
One thing to consider is, that the stairs to the fourth floor are narrow and steep, which can be a Problem with large or heavy luggage.
When we come back next time, we will have less luggage or rather two smaller suitcases than one big one. But yes, we will be back when we are in palma next time.
This apartment was recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint.
It's ideally located to explore the city and the shops are on your doorstep. Be aware that there are a couple flights of stairs but anyone with children can leave prams in a safe cupboard on the first floor.
We didn't get chance to use the roof terrace because it was March but it would be fantastic for the summer months.
Carolina, the landlord was more than accommodating and had some water and snacks for us on arrival.
We will be staying here again next year.
Next to the Sant Miquel Church, all tourist attractions are in easy reach only at 5 minutes walking to the main rail and bus station. The morning market, Mercat Olivar on Plaça Olivar, is the best place for fresh produce. In the same street you will find some of the local artists and arts and crafts. Also look out for traditional Mallorquian shops, and boutiques in the area.The Town Hall is close in the area 5 minutes walking, and the cathedral is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment as is the parliament and house of government. The lovely sandy Playa de Palma beach is 40 minute walking from the apartment. The theatre, museums, art galleries and the night live restaurants and bars are also within easy reach.
