If you want to enjoy a holiday like a celebrity star or if you already are a star - feel like home, then please visit the exclusive 'Panorama Villa'. 'Panorama Villa' is located in the prestigious area of Olympus Village in Tsada.

10 minutes drive from the beach and 2 km from the fantastic Tsada Golf Course. The Villa has uninterrupted Panoramic Sea Views where you can enjoy the fantastic sunsets every night from the patio - with views to the ocean over the infinity pool.

The Villa has everything you need to enjoy an exclusive and romantic holiday. Very large Infinity Pool (unheated), 4 Sun beds, 2 large sun umbrellas, outside luxurious dining table for 6 and a portable barbecue. Fully furnished inside with everything you need, including Cable TV (UK), 32' Flatscreen high definition LCD TV, DVD Player/HiFi, wireless Internet (you have to bring your own laptop), fully equipped kitchen with American fridge/Ice maker and drinking water dispenser. Lots of space indoor and outdoor.

Paphos/Tsada Area: Tsada village is famous for its cooling summer breezes during those hot summer months and from its elevated position enjoys fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast. The villa is approximately 2 kilometres from both Tsada Square and the first main road to Paphos. With 5 minutes drive to the Tsada Golf Course you have everything you need for a delightful holiday. Tsada village square has a small selection of restaurants, tavernas and traditional coffee shops and the road leading to Paphos has lots of shops with a wonderfully stocked delicatessen.Tsada is only a 10 minute drive from the popular resort of Coral Bay with its well known sandy beach and a 15 minute drive from the town of Paphos with its Heritage sites, harbour area and wide selection of shops.

This south-west corner of Cyprus has an ambience all of its own: soft breezes, old stone, elusive enchantment and an air of antiquity. This is the kingdom of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and her presence seems to linger. Paphos itself is really two towns, each with its own character; Ktima on the cliff and Kato Paphos by the sea, two kilometres down the road. The one is unchanged over centuries and thoroughly Cypriot while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour into a bustling, busy, sprawling cosmopolitan resort which is still growing.

Roman Paphos was the island's capital. The atmosphere is fun loving and friendly, with plenty of bars, pubs, discos, a few nightclubs and innumerable eating places providing anything from choice Italian cuisine to sizzling souvlaki. Swimming in the bay's deep, clear waters is good. The beaches are the best in Cyprus and only 7 km away. The golf resort Tsada golf club is only 2 km away

Notes

  • Rental rates include all utilities, TV/DVD/Internet, arrival and departure cleaning, ventilation fans in every room, 1 baby cot and 1 baby high chair.

    Due to the high quality interior there is a EUR 400 refundable deposit payable. The deposit is refunded when the villa and the key is returned with no damages at end of the vacation.

    30% deposit payable upon reservation i.e. 30% of the total of rental amount + 400 Euro deposit (the deposit will be fully returned after check of the Villa). The remaining rent 70% is payable latest 16 weeks before arrival. We only accept payment by bank wire.

    Please note that standard weeks - change over day is Saturday - leaving the villa at 10.30 am. You can take over the villa from a relevant Saturday at 15.30 / 03.30 pm. Please contact us for possible move of change over date, which is of course up for discussion.

    Please contact us for low season (Nov-April) long term lets offers.

I would just like to say thank you to the Owners for such a beautiful holiday. The Villa was clean and tidy and perfect for my family. We have three children and they had lots of fun in the pool and the wine went down very nicely whilst watching so many sunsets!

It was very quiet and peaceful with lots of privacy, and the view is really amazing. The pool lit up beautifully at night and the lights of Cyprus below made it feel like we were living like millionaires!! Never wanted to leave.

Would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to get away from it all and enjoy a well earned break. Although a car is essential, you are not far from Coral Bay or Paphos so there is still lots to do.

The local staff were also very friendly and helpful and the Owner was a pleasure to book with. Will certainly be returning to this Villa.

It has fantastic views and we were impressed with the pool. We upgraded from our typical villas we stay in Cyprus, and we did not pay much more in total here, but we did get a much better villa.

The villa is absolutely fantastic and was spotless clean when we arrived. Everything seems brand new.

The owner went a long way to make everything a pleasant trip. Also the local staff was very helpful and available.

We would recommend this to anyone that enjoy privacy and high quality villa in a relaxing setting with fantastic views. Car is essential.

We will stay in this villa again.

We had a great stay in your villa in May. Our children had some good time in the pool while we enjoyed the views.

Also we enjoyed the area that has lots of possibilities for long nice walks with amazing views and nature.

The villa is safe for children.

We had a car and it is recommended, but it is short drives to restaurants, bakery, supermarkets and other convenient stores.

Thanks for an amazing trip. We will return next year.

We enjoyed two great weeks in your villa. It was tastefully decorated and the views are just fantastic. Paphos is really nice and in Tsada its like travelling back in time.
