Our family welcomes you this charming home. Randy and I are Landlords in Manhattan and have been in the business for 25 years. We have properties located in and around Kansas State University that we rent to college students. However, when we purchased this property it had a different feel to it. We had a vision to make it a special vacation retreat to share it with others.
We love the charm and character that older homes have and decided to restore and decorate it much like our own 100 year old farm house. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Within 1 block is the Kansas State University campus and the Beach Museum. Aggieville is just 1 1/2 blocks south and offers shopping, dining, and a great night life. The city park is just 1 block south of Aggieville. It offers a huge pool, a children's sprinkler park, a wonderful playground, and every Friday night during the summer a live band performs which is family oriented. The downtown district and Mall is only about 1 mile away. The newly opened Flinthills Discovery center would be a great place to explore.
