This seafront apartment is directly on Malta's longest and most prestigious waterfront. The apartment has a nice combined living and sitting room, which enjoys the views of this old fishing Village still full with traditional Maltese boats. In the balcony on can sip some wine and enjoy the world go by while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is brand new and the bedrooms are all air conditioned. The combined room enjoys a fresh sea breeze and had 2 fans. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and is served by lift. The apartment is close to all shops, Malta`s best and most romantic restaurants, bars, nightclubs, discos, ferries and cruise boats, and most tourist attractions. The bus stop is also in the same street.

The apartment enjoys a lovely romantic view of the bay. Apartment was very very clean, fully equipped including free internet and satellite television. It is just as shown on the photos in the advert and those supplied by the owner when corresponding. The location is ideal as it is on the best road for bus transport in Malta. All restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc etc are within few meters from the apartment. we really enjoying walking along the promenade all the way up to Sliema.
We got a good impression of the owner from the first correspondence and kept being surprised by the prompt and professional service shown right till the end of our stay. It was our first time in Malta and really appreciated the tips and information given to us by the owner on arrival. We will surely be back!

L'appartamento è confortevole e pratico, la vista dal balcone è fantastica; pur essendo in una via trafficata dentro casa non si sente quasi nulla. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, risolve gli eventuali problemi in brevissimo tempo. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole vivere la città e l'isola in tranquillità e relax.

Ottima posizione e molta disponibilità

L'appartamento ha un balcone con super vista sulla baia di St.Julian,quindi la posizione é centralissima (2 minuti dai locali di Paceville) e con tutto a portata di mano! La struttura in sé sembrava nuova,ma l'arredamento lasciava molto a desiderare cosi come la grandezza delle camere doppie,ma per ragazzi giovani come non ci sono problemi di adattamento! I proprietari sono molto disponibili e forniscono informazioni sul posto già all'arrivo e sono stati sempre presenti quando avevamo bisogno! Consiglio per chi viaggia in gruppo: non prendete l'appartamento con un solo bagno,é una gran perdita di tempo!

Very nice apartment with beautiful views as in the pictures. Apartment is well kept, has all you need and very clean. Owner is very nice and helpful who greeted us on arrival. WE LIKE JUST THE VIEW

We arrive in a cold, damp apt.. The double bed-room has just a small window that is impossible to close and that is open at street high so that all the cars pollution come in. The other bed-rooms have no sun light becouse they look in a small dirty courtyard. The very small bathroom has the toilet bowl that doesn't work properly and the water heater that produce yellow water drops on the bathtube. The kitchen has the fridge without handle and is not well equipped. We were not informed that the building neighbouring is under construction, so that the apt is very noisy (from 7 a.m.!) and dusty. ... but the view is not all...

Owner's Response: We are surprised to receive this negative comment, especially since on your departure you gave us very positive feedback about your 2 night stay in our apartment! The apartment is not damp as it is NOT located on the ground floor....it is the island of Malta which is humid, since it is an island surrounded by water and therefore it is obviously humid. The apartment has a dehumidifier which guests are free to switch on at any time.

The main bedroom has a small window which can be opened or closed at anytime as in the pictures. Bathroom is a normal size bathroom with a fully functional toilet and water heater. When on departure you pointed out about the yellow drops, we apologised and replaced the water heater. Infact, as a compensation for this we did not charge you for the utilities bill....we gave you this free of charge.

The neighbours were doing some minor alterations during the day which were completed by the same day.

On arrival we always give our guests our contact details - mobile numbers and email - where they can reach us 24 hrs a day. Like that you will be able to inform us right away if there is something which needs to be seen to. Should we have been informed beforehand, we would have seen to the dropping water heater right away.

The apartment is set on St Julians seafront, just 3 minutes walking from paceville, Malta`s undisputed best place for nigh life. The promenade is several km long and is in fact Malta`s longest promenade and stretches to Sliema and Gzira. So in the evening many choose it for walking and in the morning for jogging. Sliema is a very popular high class shopping centre, with many alfresco bars and restaurants. In Sliema there is a very important ferry spot where numerous boats of all kinds take tourists on various day or night cruises. St Julians was once a fishing village but now it is a highly developed cosmopolitan village that has managed to keep its charm and character. For swimming there is a long rocky cost and a nice Sandy beach (St George1s Bay)all at walking distance. The supermarket, McDonalds, Pizza hut, many restaurants and Ice cream shops, are all within few meters. The bus stop is in the same street and so visiting all the other tourist attractions are just a bus away

Other Activities: clubbing, dining,casino, kitesurfing,

Golf: The The Royal Malta Golf Club, is situated in Marsa. The area is not touristy and there are no accommodation facilities within walking distance. Thus most golfers choose our seafront apartments in the heart of the best tourist areas.
