Everything stated on the webiste about this property was accurate, it was clean, spacious, comfortable. There is also a stairgate which isn't mentioned on the website but may be an added bonus for some people. As may the sliding gate on the drive that prevents dogs or young children gaining access to the road.
There were a few local shops where you could buy essentials, newspapers and takeaways and a nice pub round the corner.
The playing fields are only about 25 yards from the front door and include football pitches, a basketball court and a playground. This area is ideal for exercising your dogs too.
There are loads of places to visit. We went to Goodwood races for two days, which is the best racecourse in the country in my opinion and although we didn't go to Chichester Golf Centre this time due to an injury, it is an excellent course with 2 18 hole courses and a 9 hole pitch & putt.
There are too many places and attractions to list them all but the Weald & Downland Open Air Musuem is well worth seeing with many buildings from the Middle Ages including a working water mill.
Chichester is nearby and if you haven't been before it is worth visiting Arundel Castle and Petworth House. There are also plenty of nice beaches, the best of which is at West Wittering where you can also take your dog, as you can at Selsey too, which has plenty of nice pubs (we felt the best food was at The Lifeboat).
There is also a nature reserve at Pagham Harbour which is a nice walk if you have a spare hour or too but watch out for the Crab & Lobster pub whose prices are comparable with the most exclusive clubs in London or Ibiza!
In summary it is an excellent property that is good value with plenty of attractions for most age groups, other than the fact that the night life isn't too lively. If you're looking for a Newquay/Ibiza type holiday this isn't the place for you but you will probably have realised that already but for a relaxing time it's ideal.
