Newhaven Court is an ideal base for exploring Cheshire, North Wales and the Peak District. There are numerous tourist attractions nearby to keep families and couples occupied during the day.

It is close to the town centre, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

The living room is open-plan and includes a dining area and kitchen. It is furnished with a leather sofa, a rocking chair with a foot stool (everyones favourite!) and a mahogany, solid wood dining table.

Electronics included are an I-pod speaker, a new 32 inch digital TV with Freeview and free, unlimited WI-FI.

There is an ample variety of games, including Playstation 3, Gameboy, Foosball, boardgames (Monopoly, Lego etc), storybooks and a Wii-Fit.

The master bedroom features a double bed, side cabinets, digital radio alarm clock and a wardrobe. The double bed has a Tempur mattress for a good night's sleep. The en- suite bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower, toilet, wall mirror and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom contains two single beds, a double wardrobe and a side cabinet with a lamp. The folding bed is kept in this room for the use of an additional guest. There is also a luggage rack to save your back!

The main bathroom contains a bath, shower and a toilet. It also has a wall mirror and heated towel rail.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with all the amenities, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, grill, 4 ring electric hob, toaster, coffee filter, steamer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, tumble dryer, Le Creuset cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and plates. There are also wine and champagne glasses.

The designated parking space is number 70.

The flat is well located for various local attractions such as Chester, Chester Zoo, Tatton Park, Stapley Water Gardens and numerous other attractions in the area or for a visit to Manchester. It is also convenient for Nantwich town centre, a seven minute walk away, or you can park at Morrisons and a one minute walk.



The flat is bright and warm, central heating seldom used. Having two bathrooms is very useful. It is nicely furnished with most things needed for self catering.



The only downside is parking. The flat is allocated Space 70, but 70 is not where shown on sketch.

The Management Company may have changed things since the Developer allocated spaces, this should be clarified. The Management Company should re-notify all owners/renters and put up some diagrams in the communal areas to show Flat X has Space Y.

We like Cheshire and in particular Nantwich. The weather is not too bad either (compared to rest of UK!). The Winters are dry and crisp and Summer is bright and warm (well, most of the times!). The apartment is also walking distance from the town centre, which is very handy.

Our apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, offering a quality accommodation.

The aprtment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both are refurbished to 5* category. The Master bedroom has Tempur mattress for a guarenteed good night sleep. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in 'drench' shower. The family bathroom has shower in addition to the bath. Both bathrooms have modern towel warmers.

We provide high chair and travel cot with bassinet for tiny tots. For bigger children, we have a variety of gadgets including PS3, Gameboy, Wii-Fit, PSP, I pod speaker and free unlimited Wi-Fi. All the above comes with a fine selection of games too. The rocking chair with foot stool in the living room is everyone's favourite! For mums and dads we have exercise ball, yoga mat and foos ball(table football) table and of course the good old digital telly!.

Fantastic property

Fantastic property. Informed well in advance about check in and information about the property, maps included were a great bonus. Very well located in Nantwich, convenient to Morrisons and town centre. Information file gave all information we needed. Property was excellent, so well equiped. I took hairdryer and straighteners - no need they were already provided. Ample towels and bedding, PSP games, Wii and DVDs all provided. Kitchen well kitted out with all utensils, 2 great bathrooms, very clean and tidy. The only thing we found lacking was another full length mirror in other bedroom. Overall we had an excellent stay and would have no hesitation recommending this property and would stay here again.

Stayed here whilst in Nantwich for a family get together, with my toddler & teenage daughter.
Everything we needed was provided & it was spotlessly clean.
Very warm weather meant the apartment was a little hot at times, but a fan was provided which helped. Some noise at the weekend due to a couple of parties in the vicinity, but nothing unbearable.
Really comfortable bed & great shower.
Great location too - 10 Mins walk into town, supermarkets & train station.
Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Nantwich Apartments. We had lots of space, the apartment was well-equipped, two bathrooms was a bonus, and we felt quite at home. Nantwich was a very pleasant town with lots of facilities and all other important tourist attractions were within easy reach. We would highly recommend staying at the Nantwich Apartments.

Great Apartment

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities for a family vacation to explore Nantwich and south Cheshire. Location was perfect for visiting Nantwich and parking right by the front entrance could not be better also neighbourhood is quiet,
Instructions were provided by Bona and was simple to gain access to the property.
I highly recommend this apartment and if visiting Nantwich in the future would not hesitate to rent this property again

Comfortable apartment conveniently situated

This is a very comfortable self-catering apartment, equipped to a high standard. When staying in Dec 2013, I used the apartment as a base to visit family in the area. The proximity to Morrison's supermarket, a five minute walk, was very handy. The kitchen is fully equipped and I was able to cook a full meal for visiting family.
On my recommendation, other members of my family have also availed of this apartment in Jan and Feb half-term 2014. My 5 year old grand nephew was so delighted with the lego, PS3 and Wii games he didn't want to leave! My 84 year old mother managed the stairs to the first floor OK and found the apartment warm and comfortable.
The apartment is very warm which may suit some people and may be too hot for others even when the central heating thermostat is turned down but this is a matter of personal taste.
When I stayed for 2 nights in Dec 2013 the block was very quiet however when my husband and mother stayed in Jan 2014 there was a party going on into the early hours and some of the noise carried down to the front twin bedroom. This may have been as it was just after New Year (2nd Jan 2014). In this case the back double bedroom is the quieter of the two.
So if you are looking for a warm, comfortable, well equipped apartment with close proximity to shops and transport in the Nantwich area I would highly recommend this apartment.
The owner has been very prompt and professional in their communication about the bookings and check in process.

Nantwich is a traditional, English market town with the largest collection of historic buildings outside Chester. It is approximately 4 miles south-west of Crewe and 20 miles south-east of Chester and is home to many Elizabethan houses dating back to the 16th and 17th century. All the necessary amenities are here, including supermarkets, shops selling a range of products from antiques to clothing, leisure facilities for swimming, gym and outdoor sports including tennis, cricket and football. If you're a golfer, the Mark Taylor Golf Academy can help improve your skills and is a great day out. The Nantwich Canal Centre also has regular boat trips for visitors and The Stapeley Water Gardens is a great photo stop. There are a good selection of contemporary, relaxed and lively pubs to unwind in and traditional or modern restaurants if you fancy eating out.

Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham are just 30-45 minutes drive away.

Golf: Nantwich St. Mary's Church is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Mark Taylor golf academy at Alvaston Hall has a 16 bay covered floodlit driving range open from 9am – 9pm daily. Top quality driving range balls are used and aesthetic targets are in place to add to your enjoyment. A fully licensed functional clubhouse will cater for all your needs serving a menu of hot and cold beverages.

The Putting Academy offers students a state of the art practice putting facility using precise training aids to develop all areas of this often overlooked area of the game.
