Newhaven Court is a comfortable and relaxing home away from home to explore Cheshire, North Wales and the Peak District. It is a 5 minute walk to the local Morrisons supermarket and Nantwich town centre, wherein you can peruse the local boutiques and recharge at one of the tea or coffee shops, whilst watching the world of this charming market town go by.

The apartment is maintained to a high standard, ensuring guests are provided with a high level of service and have an enjoyable stay. The state-of-the-art bathroom fittings, include heated towel rails, a 'rainfall' shower and full length bath for taller people.

Step into the master bedroom and be immediately drawn to the sumptuous Tempur mattress, with unique pressure relieving properties for those aches and pains. You may not want to get up after lying down it. Once evening descends, there is a full-length mirror with complimentary blowdryer and hair straighteners for use during your stay, so the ladies (and men) can get ready for an evening of dining, watching a show at the theatre or going for a few tipples.

The second bedroom is great for children and has two single beds, as well as an array of books and games to keep little ones entertained. Both bedrooms are conveniently equipped with luggage racks, allowing you to easily access and store travel cases.

A washer/dryer is provided should you need to do any laundry during your stay. A high chair is available on request, along with a travel cot and bassinet for tiny tots.

The open-plan living area compromises of a 32 inch flat-screen TV with Freeview channels. There is also an i-pod docking station and gadgets for all the family including PS3, Gameboy, Wii-Fit, PSP and free unlimited Wi-Fi. The pièce de résistance is the rocking chair and foot stool which is a hands down favourite amongst our guests. For fitness, there is an exercise ball and yoga mat.

The kitchen is fully kitted with Le Creuset cookware, filter coffee machine and all other necessary appliances. The flat itself is extremely well insulated, so you almost never need the heating on.

Parking is available for guests at the designated parking space number 70.

Newhaven is perfect for those who want somewhere homely with a touch of luxury, with easy access to a host of dining, drinking, shopping and activities. Every detail in the apartment shows our constant care in striving for a stylish environment with all the modern comforts. Why Bona Tauro chose Nantwich

We like Cheshire and in particular the unique characteristics of each town. Newhaven Court is ideally located to explore Nantwich and the surrounding areas. The apartment is walking distance to the town and supermarket, making it convenient for exploring on foot. The weather is not too bad either (compared to rest of the UK!) winters are dry and crisp and summers are bright and warm.

The flat is well located for various local attractions such as Chester, Chester Zoo, Tatton Park, Stapley Water Gardens and numerous other attractions in the area or for a visit to Manchester. It is also convenient for Nantwich town centre, a seven minute walk away, or you can park at Morrisons and a one minute walk.



The flat is bright and warm, central heating seldom used. Having two bathrooms is very useful. It is nicely furnished with most things needed for self catering.



The only downside is parking. The flat is allocated Space 70, but 70 is not where shown on sketch.

The Management Company may have changed things since the Developer allocated spaces, this should be clarified. The Management Company should re-notify all owners/renters and put up some diagrams in the communal areas to show Flat X has Space Y.

Comfortable stay

The area is peaceful and just a five minute walk from the shops and centre of Nantwich. I found the apartment comfortable, well equipped, light and airy. The decor is that of a typical British home (carpeted bathroom floors and no bidet being aspects I'll never understand). Loved the fact that I could wash dry and iron my clothes. Be warned there's a flight of stairs as the apartment is on the first floor.

Cofortable and homely

This is a fabulous place to stay. We stayed for 3 weeks on our holiday from Australia as we were visiting friends in the area its comfortable and convenient as Nantwich town is only minutes walk away and the local Pub ( The Leopard) is only at the end of the road. This Pub has a BRILLIANT Sunday lunch and all the food there is of excellent quality. Having the 2 bathrooms was VERY handy and we had a relaxed and comfortable stay. The free WiFi was a God send as was the designated parking space as paid parking is expensive and off street parking in Nantwich (due to its age) is at a premium. I would highly recommend this as somewhere to stay should you visit Nantwich and the surrounding area.....we will be back.

Great apartment

A really lovely apartment which had everything we needed (including all the basics like spare loo rolls which some holiday rentals don't include). Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very convenient for town. The double bed was super comfortable and the rainfall shower fantastic. Very easy self 'check in'. Bottle of wine and beer in the fridge much appreciated. Bona provided excellent customer service-very prompt at answering emails. Nantwich is a really nice town. Last time we visited was on a narrowboat and this time we enjoyed seeing more of the town plus strolling along the canal towpath. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay!!

A fantastic condo... Will definitely be returning next year. Super clean, comfortable, close to all shopping and attractions. close to the train depot.... what else could you want. Spent 8 days in Nantwich, without a problem. Super kitchen for preparing food we picked up 2 blocks away... Wine store close by as well as a butcher shop. Quite large accommodations lots of hot water to shower... laundry facilities in the condo..... Will be booking for next year as soon as I can arrange time off....

I hate to say these things about our rental....

As I write this review I do so with mixed emotions. Just getting back from the UK to home in Canada and after spending most of the time in Nantwich. At this time I am finding it hard to praise the rental. We are planning on going back next year and I hope too many people don't find out about this Gem!! I am worried that we may not be able to rent again as it truly is a fantastic property. We travelled for two weeks spending 4 nights at the Crowne Plaza in Manchester.... 3 nights at the Argyle Guest House in Glasgow, one night in a Castle in Devon and the rest of the time was spend in Nantwich. What else could you ask for... Location was perfect... quite and worry free area. close to our new "local" short walk to grocery stores, short walk to centre of town, (butcher, baker, wine stores) Condo facilities were fantastic... lots of hot water for showers, and laundry. Kitchen facilities were awesome. lots of space to entertain if necessary. Bedrooms comfy... Every where Super clean!!! Good parking, close to everything necessary!... Planning again for next year, but not sure of the time yet or I would book immediately. Hope too many people don't find out about this place or we may have problems booking!!! It is truly a great place to stay and get into an English small village life.......don't forget the market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday... picked up some fantastic fresh Cheshire cheese....and fresh vegetables...Thank you Mr Bona Tauro.. We will definitely be returning next year.....

Nantwich is a traditional, English market town with the largest collection of historic buildings outside Chester. It is approximately 4 miles south-west of Crewe and 20 miles south-east of Chester and is home to many Elizabethan houses dating back to the 16th and 17th century.

All the necessary amenities are here, including supermarkets, shops selling a range of products from antiques to clothing, leisure facilities, gym and outdoor sports including tennis, cricket and football. If you're a golfer, the Mark Taylor Golf Academy can help improve your skills and is a great day out. The Nantwich Canal Centre also has regular boat trips for visitors and The Stapeley Water Gardens is a great photo stop. There are a good selection of contemporary, relaxed and lively pubs to unwind in and traditional as well as modern restaurants to unwind after a fun filled day

Golf: Nantwich St. Mary's Church is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Mark Taylor golf academy at Alvaston Hall has a 16 bay covered floodlit driving range open from 9am – 9pm daily. Top quality driving range balls are used and aesthetic targets are in place to add to your enjoyment. A fully licensed functional clubhouse will cater for all your needs serving a menu of hot and cold beverages.

The Putting Academy offers students a state of the art practice putting facility using precise training aids to develop all areas of this often overlooked area of the game.

Additionally, Alvaston Hall Golf Academy offers a short game practice facility where chipping, pitching and bunker-play can be trained.
