Newhaven Court is an ideal base for exploring Cheshire, North Wales and the Peak District. There are numerous tourist attractions nearby to keep families and couples occupied during the day.
It is close to the town centre, supermarket, restaurants and bars.
The living room is open-plan and includes a dining area and kitchen. It is furnished with a leather sofa, a rocking chair with a foot stool (everyones favourite!) and a mahogany, solid wood dining table.
Electronics included are an I-pod speaker, a new 32 inch digital TV with Freeview and free, unlimited WI-FI.
There is an ample variety of games, including Playstation 3, Gameboy, Foosball, boardgames (Monopoly, Lego etc), storybooks and a Wii-Fit.
The master bedroom features a double bed, side cabinets, digital radio alarm clock and a wardrobe. The double bed has a Tempur mattress for a good night's sleep. The en- suite bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower, toilet, wall mirror and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom contains two single beds, a double wardrobe and a side cabinet with a lamp. The folding bed is kept in this room for the use of an additional guest. There is also a luggage rack to save your back!
The main bathroom contains a bath, shower and a toilet. It also has a wall mirror and heated towel rail.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with all the amenities, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, grill, 4 ring electric hob, toaster, coffee filter, steamer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, tumble dryer, Le Creuset cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and plates. There are also wine and champagne glasses.
The designated parking space is number 70.

Why Bona Tauro chose Nantwich
We like Cheshire and in particular Nantwich. The weather is not too bad either (compared to rest of UK!). The Winters are dry and crisp and Summer is bright and warm (well, most of the times!). The apartment is also walking distance from the town centre, which is very handy.
What makes this apartment unique
Our apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, offering a quality accommodation.
The aprtment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both are refurbished to 5* category. The Master bedroom has Tempur mattress for a guarenteed good night sleep. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in 'drench' shower. The family bathroom has shower in addition to the bath. Both bathrooms have modern towel warmers.
We provide high chair and travel cot with bassinet for tiny tots. For bigger children, we have a variety of gadgets including PS3, Gameboy, Wii-Fit, PSP, I pod speaker and free unlimited Wi-Fi. All the above comes with a fine selection of games too. The rocking chair with foot stool in the living room is everyone's favourite! For mums and dads we have exercise ball, yoga mat and foos ball(table football) table and of course the good old digital telly!.

The flat is well located for various local attractions such as Chester, Chester Zoo, Tatton Park, Stapley Water Gardens and numerous other attractions in the area or for a visit to Manchester. It is also convenient for Nantwich town centre, a seven minute walk away, or you can park at Morrisons and a one minute walk.
The flat is bright and warm, central heating seldom used. Having two bathrooms is very useful. It is nicely furnished with most things needed for self catering.
The only downside is parking. The flat is allocated Space 70, but 70 is not where shown on sketch.
The Management Company may have changed things since the Developer allocated spaces, this should be clarified. The Management Company should re-notify all owners/renters and put up some diagrams in the communal areas to show Flat X has Space Y.
