Within gated complex Air Con, spacious 2/3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apt in Reserva De Marbella (Phase 1). Fitted kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Sat TV with normal free UK sat channels, new LED TV , DVD player, large selection of films. Selection of books for those who just go away to relax. South facing large balcony with sunbeds, sun all day long. New walk in shower added Jan 2012.

We even have mattress toppers for extra luxury!!!

Reserved underground parking and lift access.Set in landscaped tropical gardens, with 3 swimming pools that cascade through waterfalls into each other, there is also a jacuzzi and infant pool. Pools can be accessed by steps or ramp so making them easy to get into. Also benefit from LIfeguard during summer months.Located 10 minutes drive from centre Marbella and 5 minutes from Cabopino Beach or 15 mins walk. It is also within walking distance of supermarket / Bars / restaurants.

Apartment is walking distance from Cabopino Beach and walking distance of Bus Service if you want to explore further away or go to Marbella centre .New walk in shower added 2012.

This apartment is on a luxury complex with other owners charging in excess of £500 per week ,We are looking to cover our costs that is why it is full most of the year with repeat customers , just look at the reviews to see for yourself.

The apartment is very spacious and has all the comforts of home incl SAT TV , DVD, selection of books and even a toasted sandwich maker . the southerly aspect from the balcony ensures that when the sun shines you can make the most of it . the complex is very private with none of the usual noise from youths that we have suffered from previous apartments , 3 swimming pools means that you can always find garden area adjacent to the pool to relax . there are several bars and restaurants nearby so you don't have to worry about drink driving . the owner is also very helpfull and his discussion before we went on what to do and where to eat was very helpfull. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you require a relaxing break
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Lovely Apartment, great location

Just come back from a wonderful week in this apartment. Along with my husband & two children we had plenty of room and very much enjoyed the large balcony (for eating & sunbathing). The apartment was clean and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. The complex itself felt very safe & secure & we were not troubled by noise from other people or traffic.

The pool area is fantastic & we were very grateful for the sun loungers which were stowed by the pool for apartment stayers to use. The pool area was very quiet for the week and at many times of the day, my children were the only ones in it. The area around it and the swimming pool itself are also kept very clean.

We hired a car for the week and to be honest could not have done without it. We didn't even try to find the beach on foot, especially when carrying so much and in the intense heat. With so many lovely restaurants to choose from and with Puerto Banus so close, I would definitely recommend hiring a car to do a bit of exploring. Cabopino beach is lovely but very busy!

Pros - how well apartment is equipped, location, swimming pool, balcony.
Cons - No air con in bedrooms (just fans), car essential (in my opinion).

Just got back from staying in this lovely apartment well recomended..
breath taking views in walking distance of local restrants and supermarkets the swimming pools are outstanding. This time of year very quite exactly what me and my partner and child age 7 was looking for will definately stay again. The beach was stunning and only a 10-15 minute walk..
