This beautiful top floor duplex apartment offers spacious and bright rooms, set in a peaceful riverside street, with on-street parking and delightful views over Stockbridge and the Water of Leith.

A comprehensive range of visitor attractions in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas will keep you spoilt for choice. You will be able to enjoy the attractions, while using the peaceful apartment as a base to explore from and come home to rest in.
The immaculate property has two pristine bedrooms and can easily accommodate six guests. The master and second bedrooms both have double beds and fitted wardrobes. The living room has a double sofa bed and includes a dining area with a table and four chairs. TV and free Wi-Fi internet are also provided. The hall and downstairs porch are bright and spacious with tiled floors.
The light kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, newly fitted gas hob/electric oven, as well as a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has the benefit of a bath with a power shower over, wash hand basin and W.C.
Waverley and Haymarket railway stations are readily accessible, as are several major bus routes into town and all driving routes to the City By-pass, ensuring swift access to other outlying districts, Edinburgh Airport and the Forth Road Bridge.

Why George McDougall chose Stockbridge
There are 2 reasons why I purchased this property and these are 'location' and 'space'. Anyone who knows Edinburgh knows that Stockbridge is probably the most desirable suburb in the entire city. With it's vast array of restaurants (including Michelin star), bars and independent shops, it's the perfect place to base yourself for a trip to the city. In terms of size, the apartment is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 6 people. Additionally, it's top floor location and large windows really make the apartment feel bright with lovely views over the Water of Leith river.
What makes this apartment unique
The apartment comes with free on-street parking which in Edinburgh is a very unique feature. The location benefits from being just a short walk from Princes Street, whilst at the same time allowing guests to sample the riverside and peaceful walks of the Water of Leith and the Botanic Gardens.

All interactions with the host were positive; he was helpful, responsive, and prompt at all times. The flat was comfortable and as tidy and attractive as pictured. The neighbourhood is lovely with lots of shops and restaurants, yet Edinburgh's top sites and attractions are easy to reach on foot. We were able to park our car free of charge in the resident parking attached to the building. We hope to stay here again soon!
