Excellent location and home

  • 5 of 5

Victor keeps his home very clean and the decor is very nice. The big TV was a hit with the male in our group. The location of this property was perfect for touring downtown San Fransisco. We had a car and Victor let us park it in front of his garage. That was perfect when we came home late at night. There was a coffee bar with the curate coffee machine, tea, cream, sugar etc. with a beautiful view of the San Francisco suburbs. Wonderful way to start your day. The beds were very comfortable there were plenty of towels and washcloths for the bathroom and a wonderful hot shower in the morning. Victor gave us lots of advice on places to go before we came which was very helpful. This house is right by the expressway which makes it very convenient to get places. The first day we were here we drove down to Monterey and Carmel by the Sea. What a beautiful drive down CA 1. That seem to be the highlight of our entire groups vacation. Victor will give you advice to eat at a Chinese restaurant in Daly city it will be a good idea to take him up on that. I really wanted to eat dim sum in Chinatown and was really disappointed. Restaurants in Chinatown just aren't that good anymore. We tried two different ones that were rated pretty high, bad choice. Chinatown is a great place to go shopping though just eat somewhere else. We drove to Muir Woods to see the redwood forest and went to Sonoma and Napa Valley for wine tasting. If you go to Muir Woods make sure you leave the apartment by 6 AM. Parking lot there is has only room for about 30 cars. Once that parking lot is filled up they shuttle you from about 6 miles away and it can take a long time to get there and back. Besides the wineries close at 4:30 you've got to get a move on :-). Victor we loved your place and plan on trying to come back and stay longer. Myra

Owner's Response: Hi Janina. What made SF good is the generous and loving tourists who grace this 7miles x 7 miles fog laden city. Lately it had been unseasonably cold. But Love to see you all back and rekindle that good feelings that you brought with you. Hope its soon.

Owner's Response: Thanks Michael. What a title!! How I love creativity. Never though I can put the two together quite like that. And it elevate above and beyond the norms I felt everyday for last 20 years looking out the windows. I though Silver was because at south part we see a silver lining before sunset. I will look for the gold from now on. Must be hidden there somewhere. It takes fresh eyes like your to illuminate. Thank You. Just for that you have a life time invitation to my gold and silver. Normal pricing and fine prints applied. What can I say?

We loved it!

  • 5 of 5

My daughters & I stayed from 3/30/15 - 4/4/15. The condo is fantastic!!!! We drove up to SF so being able to park where we were staying was very important. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need and more. There was even a wine refrigerator. The beds were super comfortable. The owner lives upstairs, and is a wonderful person. There is a wonderful view. And if you want to kick back and relax there is a 3D TV with a few movies available to view. If I get an opportunity to return to SF I will definitely check to see if this location is available.

Owner's Response: Hi Candace and family....Your are too generous. 5 out of 5 leave me no room to improve. I am quite sure you can tell me a couple hints so your next return will even better. How about rolling out the red carpet? I saw that on tv and was quite impressive. Anyway, Thanks so much for being such great guests. You have beautiful family. Bravo for your daughter who is a teacher. Teachers are so under appreciated. Hope to see you all soon.

Beautiful and very confortable apartment

  • 5 of 5

Definitively we will stay here again. We are a family of four and we spend a week at this rental and it was fantastic experience, it is a beautifully decorated place with big comfortable beds, I’ll say a first class apartment. The living room, kitchen and coffee bar, yes a coffee bar not just a coffee maker, where eating breakfast was a pleasure, were as nice as described and everything was new. The view from the windows were completely unobstructed giving a full view of the sky and other home roofs, it felt very private. We rented a car and it was nice to be able to park in the driveway and not to look for parking every night, this was a big plus for me. With so many thing to do and see in San Francisco it was nice to come to a nice comfortable place to rest after a long day of non-stop touring. The owner was also a pleasure to deal with and he was very helpful at all times.

Owner's Response: Thank You Victor and Maria....Some one who left a beautiful vacation hottest spot to come to San Francisco for vacation is quite a statement. Hope we didn't disappointed you. I didn't warn you on the cold fog we so famous for. But you came in short and full tan. Made me feel such couch potato and whimpy. I have to go visit you and get some your weather. Thanks for your visit.
