A luxury 19th century Cortijo, located just 7 minutes from town. Set in acres of orange trees with magnificent views to parque natural Matallana and sierra Morena. Outside there are large gardens with a 12x6 meter swimming pool, BBQ, kitchen, shaded dining, 'Boules' games area and a 'Chiringuito' style beach bar. Inside there are 5 en suite bedrooms and a further 5 bedrooms and family shower room together with Games room, lounge and kitchen. The substantial 70 square meter lounge and its high vaulted ceilings provides a relaxing environment. Games room offers table tennis, pool table and PS2 games console. Fully equipped kitchen featuring granite worktops,island and eating area. Utility room includes 2 x washing machine/ tumble driers and access to a patio and raised sun terrace for drying washing. Weekly cleaning service with towels and linen provided. Lounge and dining room are air conditioned.

This is a beautiful 18th century Cortijo set in 5 acres of orange groves and mature gardens, around which guests can enjoy a stroll. The huge area of land means that there is no noise, giving you the perfect chance to escape and unwind with the family with all the amenities of the town nearby...

The gardens have panoramic views over the Lora countryside and protected natural park The garden is well lit at night and the town of Lora Del Rio beyond - what a perfect spot to relax with a glass of something cold!

The large swimming pool has steps which slope gently down. Outdoor kitchen with further dining facilities is a fabulous area to dine alfresco, enjoy the view, play board games or relax with a cool drink whilst supervising the children playing in the pool.

As you enter the Cortijo, you immediately feel at home.

Inside is comfortably furnished, a charming mix of rustic and modern. Needless to say the lovely farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped. It has a wonderful double oven with five gas burners, 2 additional ovens/hobs, 2 dishwashers, 2 large fridge freezers and a microwave, as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware and coffee-makers. The large kitchen table is ideal for giving the kids breakfast while planning your day.

Ten double bedrooms (airconditioned), 5 with en suite facilities makes Cortijo Estacada the ideal property for several families to share or for several generations of the same family to holiday together. The sitting room has large comfy sofas, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining room is extremely spacious with tables that can be extend giving plenty of room for family dinners

The games room has a wide array of toys, games, pool table, table tennis, PS2 - With so much to do and explore at Cortijo Estacada, you really wouldn't need to go elsewhere!

Cortijo Estacada is located 40km from Seville Airport and only 5 minutes from the town of Lora Del Rio with its many shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and mainline train station with regular services to Seville and Cordoba. Situated in beautiful country side with views to Sierra Morena and only a short walk to the protected natural park Matallana the Cortijo provides the perfect location for exploring.

The historical town of Carmona is only 22km and is also where you can access the motorway. The nearest beaches of the Costa De la Luz are located in Huevla and are approx 1hour 40 minutes passing through areas such as the famous Donana National park and town of El Rocio which are on the route to the nearest beach resort of Matalascanas. Seville steeped in culture and history with its many tourist attractions can easily be accessed by car or regular train service every 30 minutes. The town of Jerez, famous for its sherry and wines, is only 90 minutes drive.

Notes

  • Rental rates are based on 10 adults at the property.
    Each additional adult per night up to a maximum of 20 people is charged at an additional 25 Euro in high summer season/20 Euro mid season/11 Euro very low season.
    Arrival and Departure: In order to allow our housekeeper time to prepare for you and your successors, please do not arrive before 4.00pm on your day of arrival and please leave by 10.00am on the day of departure. Travel Insurance : Please ensure that you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
  • Additional information about rental rates
    Complimentary welcome pack provided upon arrival (wine, beer, bread, milk, eggs, etc)
    If required we can arrange to do some food shopping for you prior to your arrival. This service costs 15 Euro plus the value of your shopping bill.
    Spanish speaking baby sitter also available.
    Payments: A non refundable deposit of 50% of the rental cost is payable on booking and confirmation will not be effected until the whole of the deposit has been received. The balance of rental payment must be made 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. Non payment of the balance within this period will constitute notice of cancellation and the property will be re-offered and cancellation conditions applied.
  • Breakage Deposit: You will be charged a security breakage deposit of 450 Euro. This will be required on arrival as a security for any breakage, or damage done by you during your stay in Cortijo Estacada. Please note that this fee will be fully refunded to you on day of departure, if you do not damage or break any item in the Cortijo or outside during your stay.

A family stay , relaxing and cultural

The house was more than large enough to accommodate all of our children and grandchildren (4 couples, 1 single, 3 children, 3 babies). It remains cool inside even when it's hot outside, the pool is large and suitable for every one, young and older. Many facilities make it very practical and pleasant (a few require repair or replacement).
The house is pretty, flowery in this season; it is quiet but not isolated: neighbors around, shops 10 minutes by car.
Located midway between Seville and Cordoba, visiting Andalusia is not too tiring.
The "absolute must" squeeze his orange juice in the morning with fruit picked from the tree!

From the moment we stepped into the Cortijo and took in the enormous
dimensions and the amount of leisure amenities available for the
children, we knew we had chosen well. Then we stepped out to the pool
area with the outdoor kitchen, barbeque and beer fridge, we felt the
pictures on the web site told only part of the story; this place is
amazing!. We stayed for 10 days, making various trips to the local
villages and further afield to Seville and Arcos de la Frontera, it is
such a beautiful part of Spain; lovely food, drink and friendly locals.
Surprisingly, for this part of Spain, we had 5 days of rain, but because
the Cortijo is so big, it didn’t ruin our holiday and the children had
plenty to keep them occupied. On a final note, this is an ideal holiday
location for multiple families or a large or extended family with plenty
of separate communal areas to accommodate multiple age-groups. We will
definitely be booking again!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cortijo

We had a wonderful stay at the Cortijo. We were so busy seeing the
sights that we didn't actually spend a lot of time around the villa, but
it suited our needs perfectly. It was nice and spacious, with a great
kitchen and comfortable rooms. We also enjoyed a little bit of time
poolside, and playing boules.

The best feature from my perspective was the location. Coming from
Canada, our principal interest was to see as much of Spain as possible,
which is a much different holiday from one where the goal is to relax
around the villa or sprawl out beside the pool. We went to a different
place every day, including Carmona, Seville, Cordoba, Ecija, and even
Cadiz. The location of your property made it possible for us to see many
wonderful sights.

Thank you for your hospitality. Should we return to your area, we would
be happy to stay at the Cortijo again.

We had great moments at your Cortijo. Roger made us feel relaxed about enjoying the place and so we did. We really appreciate the way you treated us and all the confidence you gave us.
