Quintal 132 was built with the style and colors of the 'Portuguese colonial architecture. It includes only a few apartments and elegant romantic wooden balconies. L 'apartment is ideal for two people but can also be easily accommodated four people. A short walk you can reach the beaches and restaurants, and Sal Rei.

We provide linen and towels (not beach towels), which are changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned once a week. The Department also offers laundry services and cleaning extra. The apartment to rent is suitable for couples and families. The apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities because of the stairs. In Cape Verde is not often accepted Mastercard, so you must bring your Visa card (debit / credit) and the Euro as its currency. The rent of the apartment is not less than a week, including two people. The cost is based on the Euro. It 'requires a deposit of 30% of the total, and the remainder must be paid 15 days before departure. The deposit is not refundable.

he apartment for rent is located in the delightful "Quintal 132", which is located 500 meters from the beach of Estoril. You can hire a quad bike excursions in the desert of Viana. A short walk is within easy reach of restaurants, supermarkets and Sal Rei. This holiday place new structures and buildings are appearing for the tourists. Being located just 10 minutes away from Boa Vista, we can arrange transfers from the airport to Quintal 132 and vice versa, in advance. It is not necessary to rent a car, but this can be arranged after arrival. There are direct flights from Malpensa, Verona, Bologna and Rome Fiumicino (Rome) airport in Boa Vista.
