The French House is grade II listed, with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Sleeps up to 7. Popular, tastefully decorated period house on three floors. Relaxing through lounge with wood burning stove, large eat in kitchen, sunny courtyard garden. Three minutes from the beach, two minutes from Deal's independent shops, Saturday local market & bustling High Street. Beach, pier, castle, coastal walks, restaurants, tea shops, pubs, local food shops/delis, antiques & vintage, art, golf courses are all on the doorstep. Five minutes by car to Royal St Georges golf course, home of the 2011 British Open. Laid back, traditional seaside escape. Free parking, bicycle hire. Canterbury, Whitstable and Broadstairs all a half hour car journey away. Day trips to France from Dover 15 minutes away.

We had a great stay at your house, it has lots of character. We all loved to walk along the seaside, enjoyed lunches at different pubs, the kids loved it!
