This well-appointed, unattached custom home features a private, spacious master suite with fireplace, jacuzzi tub for two and a private deck for sunning, snacks and cocktails. This bright, spacious main floor is wide open for relaxing and group dining, including a large beautiful deck for dining al fresco and viewing the ocean. The main floor also features a private sun room with a small TV for kid's movies and quiet time. There's a gas grill on a small deck off the sun room.

You'll love the open and light feel of this main floor; vaulted ceilings in the living room, barn-wood classic dining table for 10 and contemporary granite and stainless cook's kitchen are all made more luxurious with a backdrop of warm hardwood flooring. The three bedrooms on the first floor are well-suited for guests, family and children, with a private bath attached to one suite and a shared full bath (with tub) for the other two rooms..

Enjoy family time or movie fun on rainy days on the 48-inch flat screen TV, or download the Sonos sound system app for music. WIFI included. This house is a must see. The location one block from the beach and the bay is incredable.

Beautiful, clean and a great value.

Just over the bridge from Avalon and a fraction of the price. And, the beaches are better over here. Steps away from markets, bars and restaurants, and of course, the beautiful beach. The home has been recently renovated. Lots of light and roomy. Bikes and kayaks were available for us. Wonderful!

Great house in a great location

The house was great and had all the amenities needed and was well-supplied. A fantastic location- quiet area with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and market. We would definitely stay again!

Our family is a Sea Isle 'generational' family. This is our home, and all of our memories are here -- teaching my boys how to surf, finding breakfast at the little bakery down the street, boating with my Dad and Uncle, or simply grilling burgers out back when all the cousins were in town -- this is what shore life is for our family. For over 60 years.

Why they chose this property

This property is convenient to everything you will need: a family bakery, a grocery store and restaurants, and even bathrooms in a brand new building on the beach. You are a block-and-a-half from both the beach and the bay, and just 8 blocks from the inlet at the Avalon bridge, which features scenic views and access to the more active community there.

What makes this property unique

Sea Isle is perfect for families and couples or friends. Doc McGrogan's Oyster House is just around the corner and is renowned for it's oysters and and seafood. Sea Isle is the 2nd oldest shore town on the East Coast. And you're not that far from Wildwood -- fun rides, great boardwalks and amusements for the kiddies!
