Set in a palm fringed garden on the quiet and leafy Westfield Avenue it is only a two minute stroll from the beach and its own beach hut. Sleeping up to fourteen in six stylish bedrooms it is ideal for family and friends beach holidays or relaxed reunions yet is only an hour and a half away from central London via hourly direct train services from Angmering to London Victoria or London Bridge. Hamptons Beach House is both pet friendly and disabled friendly, with one ground floor en-suite bedroom.

A quiet and pretty location yet only two short minutes from the sea combined with a stylish and clubby interior make Hamptons beach house probably one of the most stylish and luxurious holiday houses in England and an inspiring location for any season. And as we are pet friendly your best friend can enjoy our holiday house with you.
The beach house boasts an elegant drawing room with wide and comfortable sofas that opens out into the fourteen seat conservatory dining hall. The drawing room leads onto the fully equipped kitchen breakfast room featuring a five hob range cooker, American fridge and dining table that converts to a blue baize billiard table.
There are five double bedrooms, one of which can be configured as a twin, and all are en-suite. The sixth bedroom is a four berth bunk room that shares the downstairs king / twin bedroom’s bath / shower room and is ideal as a children’s room. We are baby-friendly providing two cots and two high chairs.
The slate tiled front garden is well equipped with stylish black wicker loungers and chairs set amongst the dwarf palms. The rear decked palm planted courtyard garden can also seat 14 around the granite dining table and is equipped with sun-loungers, a barbecue and a large hot tub.
The Hamptons Beach house has its own private interior designed Beach Hut only a five minute walk away; with private parking if required.

With 20 years experience running a leading international hospitality business, and being involved in furnished holiday letting since 2004, we are dedicated to ensuring my guests have the time of their lives.
My beach houses are available all year round and are professionally managed - as opposed to being rented out to pay the mortgage or on a part time basis - and I have a full time local House Manager to ensure my beach houses are maintained to the highest possible standards.

Had a fantastic mini break at this house for a 50th birthday celebration with friends. Had everything we could want. In a perfect position for the beach where we enjoyed a girls versus boys game of cricket and also the local village.

This beautiful house has been decorated exquistely. Each bedroom and bathroom is individual. The kitchen has all you could ever desire and the multiple sitting areas have extremely comfortable sofas. Everything you need is there including books and toys for the children. The walk to the beach is a pleasant 10 minutes. We had a really relaxing weekend here.
The Hamptons Beach House is a newly renovated and refurbished, spacious, detached seaside property, within 2 minutes walk of the beach. The house sleeps up to 14 in 6 bedrooms - five with en-suite bathrooms - and is situated on the leafy quiet private seaside estate of Angmering-on-Sea which lies between Littlehampton and Worthing on the West Sussex coast, 15 miles from Brighton and within 90 minutes of London, by train or car.
